The large vaulted living/dining room featuring comfortable seating, a fieldstone fireplace, flat screen television (smart TV, YouTube TV cable channels provided, stream content with your owner accounts) and dining table has full length windows and doors overlooking the spacious patio and the bay beyond. The well-appointed kitchen has soapstone counter tops and gas range and is open to the living/dining area and the bay beyond--perfect for keeping the cook in the center of the action.

The first of the two first floor bedrooms features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full bath with shower/tub on the first floor.

The primary bedroom is the focus of the second floor. Climb the stairs to an open room with ample light (no door to the stairs). The primary bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area and is flanked by a small deck on each side with views of the neighborhood. Leave the shutters to the living/dining area open and enjoy the view of the bay or close them for privacy. The second floor also has a large closet and a master bath with separate shower, two sinks and a sunken tub.

The lower level has a bonus room featuring a large flat screen TV with sound system (smart TV, stream your own content), theater seating, a full futon, a twin sleep sofa and a billiards table.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
