Our Villa is located approx. 20 km west of the famous North Bali town Lovina. Absolute beachfront with breathtaking ocean and mountain view near the village Tegallengah / Kalisade in a small villa estate which consist of altogether 6 villas. The property is built on 10 are (1000 m2) of oceanfront land with a building size of approx. 250 m with 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom together with a living lounge and office corner is located on the 2nd floor while the 2 guest-bedrooms with a additional small living lounge are located on the 1st floor. 2 additional buildings in front towards the ocean are at the time used as "outdoor kitchen" with dining terrace and the other as pool bar with an outdoor relaxing lounge.
