This villa offers 3 bedrooms, a private pool is fully staffed and situated within a huge tropical area of 1600 2 meters, located near Lovina in North Bali. The villa offers a private infinity-edge swimming pool positioned beach front with a commanding view of the fixed Bali Sea. The 12 x 6 meter oasis of refreshing clear water is monitored daily for cleanliness and the proper balance of water treatment components. Whether swimming laps or enjoying a relaxing dip the pool invites frequent enjoyment. The villa has 2 bedrooms with king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All furniture was custom designed by the owner and built in Bali.

Bedrooms - Kamar Kelod and Kamar Kaja:
Kamar Kelod means, "room toward the sea" and the benefits from views through the sliding glass wall to the living room, across the pool terrace and infinity-edged pool to the expansive Bali Sea. It also has double French doors that open to the lush east gardens where mature coco palms support an inviting hammock. Kamar Kelod has an en suite bathroom with a double vanity sinks and a deep soaking tub with a European spray shower hose. Adjoining is the sanctuary of a private retreat in the Den or the convenience or a junior Guest Suite. A state-of-the-art, self-programming electronic safe is secured inside the Armoire or Kamar Kelod.

Kamar Kaja means 'room toward the mountain', it has double French doors that open to the north garden where the beautiful water garden, featured at the main entry, reveals the amazing sight of exotic water lilies and the soothing trickle of water from the fountain. Kamar Kaja enjoys an en suite bathroom with a raised sink bowl and European fixtures, a glass-block wall concealing a step-in tiled shower.

Both bedrooms feature; private electronic controlled air-conditioning, a custom-crafted King-sized bed or solid teak with graceful Ming-style legs and tall padded headboard, solid teak night stands and an oversized armchair with plenty of storage room for personal effects with ample hanging and shelf space. The beds are fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and draped with romantic sheers to invite a dreamy slumber.

Adjoining Den or Guest Suite:
The Den serves as a comfortable air-conditioned port; to plan an itinerary, to accommodate 2 guests, or remain the private sanctuary for Kamar Kelod via the en suite bathroom.

Each bedroom has European style power sockets (adapters available) and each bedroom can be locked with its own set of keys.

At the pool's edge is a Bale Bengong (Balinese Gazebo) with a raised cushioned platform resting under a broad alang-alang thatch roof. This Bale Bengong offers a shady place to enjoy the views of the gardens, the pool terrace, the Villa or watch the sun set behind the Mountains of Java. This dream pavilion is the perfect place to take a Balinese massage while the gentle waves lap on the shore and the warm breeze caresses the skin.
The sprawling pool terrace offers plenty of room to enjoy pool-side activities. Covered with smooth local sandstone for a clean non-slip surface for exercise and stretch, practice calming yoga, sunbathe or dance under the stars. The terrace is furnished with teak multi-position sun beds that serve double duty as comfortable lounges for soaking –up the tropical sun by day, or gazing at the star-filled sky by night. This versatile outdoor area is an airy living space to enjoy.

The villa is totally private, as a guest you have access to everything the villa has to offer.

The staff team of the Villa exists or nice and kind people. As a guest you have private staff for the villa. The staff consists of a private security guard, gardener / pool man, a driver and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and western food. They have humor and do their very best to make you feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day.

Prices are for accommodation only. Everyday breakfast is included, all other meals are at your own expense but preparing is for free! The staff will be at your service 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, including providing / preparing meals. Except Sundays, they have a day off. The groups are not included and you will have to pay for them yourself. For your convenience, the staff can just do the groups for you.

Your personal villa staff will be available to assist with tours / travel / transportation / arrange baby sitting, massages and spas and to generally give advice and information to ensure that you have a truly memorable holiday experience.

The villa is located in North Bali in Dencarik close to Lovina, on the border of the Banjar district. The villa is about 1 km from the main road between Lovina and Seririt. A small lane, with left and right beautiful rice fields and vineyards, leading to the house. In addition to the residents or a few other villas there live local fishermen and farmers. The rear view is defined by the inland mountains. From the garden and the terrace you have a fantastic view of the Balinese sea where you will regularly see fishermen at work. In the west you will see the island of Java in the distance.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful setting. Beach, rice fields, plantations and a few villages are located nearby. More and more people are discovering this unspoiled and authentic North Bali.

The famous village of Lovina, the tourist center, is located 10 minutes away by car or scooter. Here you will find cozy restaurants (including Western-oriented, but no McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken) and cafes where often live music.

Also steps away: the Bali Barat National Park, super diving and snorkeling sites, the hot springs of Banjar, and Singaraja, long the center of Dutch government on Bali. But the easiest trips start in front of the door before dawn by boat the sea to watch the dolphins, and walking at the end of the day through rice fields.

You can use a private car with driver. Only for about RP 650,000 per day he will take you anywhere. There is also the possibility to rent motor-bikes.
