The unit is a contemporary, modern condominium that measures 580+ sq ft. You are in luck because this location is in the heart of the best neighborhood in San Francisco, North Beach, where many attractions and events are within walking distance or can easily be reached via the city's public transportation. This unit is only available for a minimum of 30 days rent.

Space
One bedroom is large with a queen bed. The living room has a sofa bed that turns into a full size futon, which fits 2 more adults. The bathroom has a shower/tub. There is a full kitchen, internet/wifi and flat panel TV with hdmi connection but NO cable. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside my unit. No cats, however I allow dogs for an extra cost. The living room, kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.

You can also take advantage of the building's facilities, including washer/dryer on the 2nd and 1st floors, gym on the ground floor and 24/7 security, all at no extra cost.

Getting around
Parking is difficult in the city. I would recommend not having a car as there are many ride-sharing companies in the city and rental car options if you want to take a day trip, for instance to Napa Valley about 1 hour away. The city is easy to navigate by foot or public transit. There is street parking and a few overnight garages nearby.

Since this is my primary residence, I expect my guests to be respectful and mindful of the belongings inside the unit and my neighbors. Overall, expect a clean and uncluttered place to enjoy your time in San Francisco :-)
