This cozy home offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus an additional living room/office with a sofa bed. Sleeps 5 people. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. And we can`t forget the private backyard with a HOT TUB HAVEN!!

Our home also features a dedicated workspace for our remote workers.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway.

Our property is very close to UC Davis Medical Center.

■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.
