As described by the Owner the view from balcony is amazing and quick access to the beach. Simple check in and great communication with the Owner. Highly recommend if you are looking for location and view.

Very Nice Condo On The Beach

Well equipped condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful beach and sunset views from the private balcony. This condo complex is completely up and running which is amazing because so many condos in the area are still being repaired. The owner is very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking sunsets

We had great views off the balcony with gorgeous sunsets and frequent dolphin sightings.The apartment itself was very nice. Our only comment is that the water heater was insufficient for the jacuzzi tub, but was easily remedied by boiling water on the stove.

Perfect Location!

Great unit. Well equipped. Great view of the Gulf. Kudos to the HOA for getting these buildings up and running. Nothing else around is open which is slightly depressing but we really felt like we were contributing to the economy by being there and playing a small part in keeping life moving forward on Ft. Myers Beach.

Excellent experience in all ways

I rarely rate anything 5 stars but this unit deserves such an evaluation. The kitchen is well equipped and the pans, etc. are in exceptional (almost new) condition. It was a relief not having to scrub anything before feeling comfortable using it. There are beach umbrellas, coolers, noodles, and chairs and a pull cart for all the equipment. If you have small kids you will want to get some pails, shovels, etc, as there is nothing for little ones. The bed is comfortable and in excellent condition, as were the towels provided. I can also attest that the sofa and throw pillows are new as of 12/27/21. Dining is at the peninsula, but the lack of a table makes the space seem much bigger. All appliances are in good shape, clean, and free of defects. We didn’t use the Jacuzzi tub, and I will say that if you are used to a walk-in shower, stepping into the high tub may be uncomfortable. Grab bars would be a welcome addition. Starter supplies of bath tissue, facial tissue, detergents, and kitchen supplies were provided, and I was glad not to need to run to Publix for bath tissue on our first night as has happened elsewhere. The view from the balcony is excellent as much of the wildlife area is visible as well as the main beach section for EBTC. Take your choice for sunset – beach or balcony. There is no bad choice. Diane is great to work with, and very responsive in a reasonable time. Without hesitation I would gladly rent this unit again (806A).

Excellent Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. And the view! Outstanding! It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere... to the beach, to stores, and to restaurants. We would love to come back to this exact same place someday.

Great Views - Quite Location

Right on the beach, about 4 miles south of main district, but 3 or 4 restaurants right across the street. Very nice getaway.

Very nice water view, the beach is right there, warmth and wet, and this end of FMB is fairly quiet. Condo is more than adequate, beach chairs provided, comfortable bed, nice balcony.

Needs some maintenance

The unit had excellent views of the beach/gulf and was in walking distance of restaurants and other needs (groceries - pharmacy). The unit needs some fresh paint. The caulking around the bathtub had some dark spots - I hope it wasn't mold.. Also, the TV was a little frustrating. - the unit uses Xfinity (which is what I use at home). Unfortunately, the Xfinity feed would lose the signal and the screen would go blank for various amounts of time and then just pop on again. This was a daily frustration for the three week stay. After about a week we sort of got used to the periodic black outs. Oh well, we didn't come to Florida to watch TV. Overall assessment - if we were to return to Estero Beach and Tennis Club. we wouldn't select this unit.

January 2022 Stay

We enjoyed this property very much. The view was fantastic! Communication with the owner was wonderful. It was clean and there were many items you'd need for the beach available. The strip mall across the road had everything you needed including farmer's market two times a week. Of course, the traffic and road construction could be a barrier if you wanted to go up to the Times Square area by Trolley. Living room furniture could be more comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful unit

Despite the weather being cooler than usual for Florida we enjoyed our stay. The unit was well stocked and had just about anything you needed. Very clean with a comfortable bed. The owner was great to communicate with. She was very quick to respond in addressing issues. Would stay there again.

Rest and relaxation

Property owner was timely with all communication. Property could use some updating but served our purpose. Beautiful balcony sunsets. Property within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The beach access is easy to get to.

Location, Location, Location

We found this property to be just as advertised. The condo was similar to a studio apartment/efficiency - a bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom, combined living area/kitchen. It had everything we needed. A previous review said it was dated - maybe a bit, but nothing terrible for sure. The true bonus of this property is its location. The balcony overlooks the Gulf and we didn't miss a sunset! The owner has beach chairs and umbrella, and the path to the beach is easy to access. Across the street is a strip mall with shops and restaurants. We barely drove anywhere for the week we were there. Would definitely rebook!

Not what we expected

The location of the unit we stayed in was perfect, as it was on the beach, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. The negative part of our stay was the condition of the unit. It definitely needs updating. The living area furniture was quite old and uncomfortable, and the bed needs to be updated., and made with sheets that are not threadbare. The shower was very weak, with very little pressure. Again, the location is perfect, but renovations are needed.

806A EBT is a real treat

I've been staying here one week of March for five years (or more? I cant remember). I visit from New England to soak up the warmth and beauty for my annual vacation. I also come for Red Six Spring Training which was curtailed this year because of COVID-19. I missed the baseball but loved the beauty and relaxation. The condo unit is well appointed, comfortable, has TV and internet, all appliances are fairly new and work well.
