This home is a 1750 sf ranch style home, with a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 Baths, with 2 community pools and a clubhouse with a gym.
Newly renovated - featuring custom high end finishes and new furniture including a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors and alder cabinets, wood doors and trim throughout. This vacation villa also comes with 2 private community pools with a hot tub and an on-site recreation/fitness center. This perfect spot is within walking distance to Chaparral Park, several stores (grocery, specialized and retail) and a variety of restaurants.
The location is literally surrounded by shopping, dining, entertainment, art galleries, and museums; not to mention numerous 4-5 star resorts and golf courses, Spring Baseball Training, and Old Town Scottsdale, all within a 10 mile radius! The location is a mere 90 minute drive to majestic Sedona or forested Payson; and 4.5 hours to the Grand Canyon.
The private back patio offers comfortable seating, surrounded with landscaping to privately and comfortably enjoy the wonderful outdoor evenings.

The spacious walk-in closet, thoughtful furnishings and accommodating storage space welcome you to this home. The guest bedroom has 2 beds, a twin and a full bed, spacious closet, shelving, and a full bath is adjacent.
The family/living room, separated from the kitchen area with a breathtaking stone fireplace, includes Cox cable on the 55in Flat Screen HD LCD TV, and cozy, comfortable seating. The home also boasts the custom built-in-desk, supplied with paper and supplies for our guest’s convenience; including high-speed WIFI throughout, via a wireless router. Cable TV and High Speed internet are included.
This design and decorating of this house maximizes the space and location, and offers a unique 'home-like' feel, for any vacation rental.

Great family Scottsdale vacation

After years of traveling to Scottsdale from Denver for spring break trips with the kids we fell in love with Scottsdale. We purchased our vacation home in 2012 to be able to enjoy Scottsdale year round. We are excited to share our vacation home with you. We truly know you will love Scottsdale as much was we do.

Firstly location - not to mention, the newly renovated and custom finishes throughout. Everything in the home is new, from the granite tops and travertine floors, to the plumbing and wiring and copper light fixtures! All of the furniture is new, including the bedroom sets and the appliances in the gourmet kitchen. It's warm earthtone colors and specialty lighting truly make this a home away from home.

This is a very private patio home within walking distance of Chaparral Park, grocery stores and restaurants. It is also within a few minutes of Old Town, numerous golf courses and the Colorado Rockies and the San Fransisco Giants and Arizona Diamond Backs ball parks. The complex has 2 pools for relaxing and a fitness center for getting a good workout.
The location is so convenient that we never drive more than 10 minutes to get to most everything we want to do. The 101 freeway is close enough to make a drive to other parts of the Valley very easy. Camel back Mountain and Squaw Peak are close for hiking, as are other local trails for enjoying spring wildflowers. It is a very friendly place to spend time.
This home-away-from-home is literally a dessert-villa-lodge with the most easy access to everything, or nothing - as you see fit. You can run, walk, bike, or jog; eat, shop, drink or hide; and/or any combination of the above! The house is built to allow you to enjoy, but not be troubled by the weather. You have ready access to birds and 'wildlife' - as well as all sports and recreation you may want. A short jaunt to downtown Scottsdale, with fabulous Art Galleries world class dining, upscale shopping, Fashion Square Mall, Theaters, Nightlife, and Museums; or just relaxing poolside - this is the place for you!
