The home boasts four beautifully decorated Victorian bedrooms, and a spa-like bathroom with a shower on the second floor, a powder room on the first floor and an OUTDOOR ENCLOSED SHOWER with hot and cold water on the side of the house.
One of the great features of this house is the state of the art gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and even a wine cooler.
The home has a central A/C system for those warm summer days, and a gas fireplace for those chilly fall and winter evenings. Although professionally decorated in period Victorian furnishings, this house has all the MODERN conveniences of home.

Should you want to visit areas outside Cape May City, just walk out the back door and you will have access to your car should you need it.

The front porch offers four rocking chairs for people-watching or relaxing with an afternoon glass of wine as the tour trolley goes by. The back porch offers porch ceiling fans, a wicker couch and two chairs with a table, and is steps away from the BBQ out back . There is a table with chairs and umbrella on the new brick patio which is the perfect place for an evening BBQ.
