Your Own Beach Home!

If you are looking for comfort and convenience, you have found the right condo!

This condo is a two-story townhouse. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is on the main level. Our condo is A114, located on the first floor of the Tower. The first floor is actually up one level- not ground floor.
The living room and kitchen are light and airy. There is a 42' flat screen TV in the living room.

We have opened up the stairway and installed hardwood on the stairs.

You will have your own reserved parking space; no need to search for a good spot to park!

Our 3 bedroom unit features a king size bed in the downstairs master, a king size bed in the upstairs master with a balcony that looks right out over the sand, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway.

The only additional fee is the Pinnacle Port Parking fee, which is paid directly to Pinnacle Port. It is approximately $35 per vehicle per stay.

The property is just as advertised. Great location. Great hosts. Directly on the beach inside of a gated community and away from the super busy crowds of PCB.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in A114! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our hosts made everything easy for check in and when we left. They even checked on us during our stay! I would highly recommend this property!!

Easy Beach Access

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was so easy to get to the beach and we loved having a reserved parking spot. We had plenty of room for the three couples in our group.

Beautiful Condo!

Our annual vacation to Pinnacle Port was great, and we really enjoyed this condo. We would be thrilled to stay in this unit again. Decor was spot on for a beach vacation, we were really impressed with the updates! The owners were fantastic to work with, no negatives with this unit!

Great condo

Loved that it was away from the teenage scene on Spring Break. There was not that many people on the beach. It was awesome. Connie is extremely friendly and we would definitely rent this condo again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. We were on the far end of Panama City beach away from the busyness by the pier. It was still a pretty packed beach but definitely family oriented. The walk to the beach from the condo was so easy. The pool was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The food stand at the pool was pricey as to be expected but really good. Parking was confusing the first night in the dark but very convenient for the whole trip. Having a spot right under the condo was invaluable to be able to put our beach stuff in every night. The beach views from the upstairs master are absolutely amazing. It was so nice to sit out there in mornings and at night to look out and see all the stars. The living area on the first floor is tight but cozy and well decorated. They had items to get the week started which was really nice. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans and plates and silverware. The layout worked perfectly for my mother in law to be on the first floor and then the other adults and teenagers upstairs. Three bathrooms was a real plus! There were a few beach chairs and pool noodles left behind that we used. Overall it was just a really great stay.

Perfect for a girls getaway!

My lady coworkers and myself decided to travel to the beach for a week of relaxation after an extremely busy time at work and we were so glad that we chose this area and this condo in particular! It was super close to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. but without feeling like you were in the middle of any kind of hustle and bustle. We spent the majority of our day time relaxing by the beach and our evening time was spent cooking meals together, watching movies, chatting and playing games. The condo was clean and felt really homey and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever pots and pans that we needed. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions both in our preparation for the trip and during our stay as well! We'll definitely be coming back at some point! Thank you for such a wonderful space to get ourselves refreshed!

Awesome Location!

Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30 A right before the split at 98 and front beach rd. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. If you need to get somewhere in PCB or 30 A it's easy to get on the highway. It's far away from the high rises and right by Camp Helen State Park. This means you're not fighting for a spot to place your tent at 5am like you are on 30a as the beach isn't crowded. The chair rental folks aren't aggressively taking up all of the beach like they are in Santa Rosa. It's wonderful! The condo was just what we needed with plenty of space for all of us and the dedicated parking space allowed us to keep our beach gear in the truck without having to carry it upstairs. We will certainly be back as the location cannot be beat! We have stayed on 30 a for years and prefer this location hands down.

Amazing Views

This condo has the most stunning views. The master balcony overlooks the water and the other balcony also has partial views, but they look down the beach and are beautiful as well. Parking was easy. Beach access was steps away. Loved having two floors. There was also fresh water fishing behind the condo and lots of amenities, including 2 pools, access to games and books, basketball, tennis, etc. and in the most amazing gated community. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. There is an issue with internet and cable, but the owners were great about letting us know it’s out of their hands and should be resolved soon, but something to consider if you need internet/tv. It certainly did not negatively affect our trip. The views made up for it!! Would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient stay

My mom, aunts, grandmother, and I had a great stay for Mother’s Day weekend! The condo was right on the beach but just note that you still have to utilize the elevator (stairs were inaccessible during my stay due to the broken door). Everything was mostly clean and inside nicely decorated. The view from the master bedroom was lovely! There is a Dunkin Donuts, Publix, and CVS less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient. One downside was that the Wifi did not work for the entirety of my stay, which put me out a bit on Friday as I intended to work and the internet was a bit unstable upstairs. Due to COVID, there were limited supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) which we were informed of prior to arrival, so just make sure to bring all of your essentials if coming with a big group. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would book again!

Fall Break 2020

Although building is older, the condo was in great condition and not decorated in over the top beach styles. We had 6 people and the bedroom / bathroom set up was perfect for everyone. No one felt on top of each other. Easy access to the beach and the parking spot below the unit was fantastic to have. The owners were easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with the stay.

Great location!

Location and proximity to the beach was wonderful, just steps away! Carillion is a very nice community on 30A, not overly crowded. The condo is an older building, so there is wear. But for the 3 bedrooms/location/price, it's a good choice. Owners were very helpful and kind. Would have liked some extra blankets available and a hair dryer. Thank you!

Lovely Condo and Excellent Location

We live in Hohenwald, Tennessee and yes, our blood runs Orange and White! Steven Scott graduated from UT Veterinary College in 1981. We purchased our one-bedroom unit in 2000 and as our family has grown, decided to add this 3 bedroom unit. We are happy to share it with you. We have the 1 bedroom (354658), a 2 bedroom (1224031), and our 3 bedroom all available for rent.

We love Pinnacle Port. Our family has vacationed here for years. The family atmosphere of this area always brings us back. There are no prettier beaches anywhere in the world!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our 3 bedroom condo is so conveniently located on the 1st floor. You can go to the indoor/outdoor pool without leaving the building. Our reserved parking space is almost directly underneath the condo.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community. It is located between Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico, so there are beautiful views everywhere you look!
