An open concept Living, Dining & Kitchen areas allow for a social friendly space. Large back yard surrounded by pine trees offers plenty of play room. Outdoor sitting area to enjoy our beautiful Delaware weather. Ample parking for 3 vehicles. Just 30 minutes south on Rt.1 you'll find our famous Resort beaches of Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey Beach and Fenwick Island. Just 20 minutes north on Rt.1 you'll find Bally's casino and 'The Monster Mile', Delaware's NASCAR venue. Cape Henlopen State Park is a gorgeous seaside state park with bike trails and great fishing just 40 minutes south. Our home has a fully stocked kitchen and will have all amenities you could possibly need. We supply a small "get started" supply of bath tissue, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters. sugar, salt pepper, basic seasonings and all linens are provided and are professionally cleaned after each rental period.
