The Space:
As you approach this splendid residence, the graded shell and sand street, bordered by whimsical crooked palms, guides you to an oasis of elegance and comfort. The home boasts five spacious bedrooms and four opulent bathrooms, effortlessly accommodating up to 12 guests. Every corner of the villa is adorned with modern furniture and fixtures, seamlessly blending contemporary style with timeless charm. The chef's kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and a chic breakfast bar, perfect for both intimate meals and grand feasts. Outside, the sparkling pool and serene spa invite you to unwind and soak in the Florida sun, all while being just a short stroll away from the pristine sands of Captiva's beaches.

In terms of floor plan, this residence features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and is located adjacent to the second bedroom, which features a Twin XL over Twin XL bunk bed. This combination of rooms lends itself well to parents with children as both of these rooms are located next to the primary bathroom, which features a walk in shower and soaking tub. Across the home on the northwestern corner is located the third bedroom, which features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. On the northeastern corner of the home guests will find a wing containing the fourth and fifth bedrooms, containing two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, respectively. Two ottoman sleepers are also available to guests, one located in the third king room and the other in the fourth twin bedroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire home, pool and spa, and all other amenities located on the property itself.
Please note that parking is restricted to 3 vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
This spectacular home is located on the prestigious and quiet residential street of Laika Lane, in walking distance to both the beach and Captiva Village, where one can enjoy dining and shopping.

Getting Around:
We recommend golf cart or bikes to get around. Captiva village is very walkable and located just a few minutes walking distance from this home, so guests should feel at ease without a car while staying with us.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
