If you’re looking for a sunny getaway by the bay, this condo is perfect for you! It’s right on the water with a beautiful view of Little Bay and a place to dock your boat!

The condo complex has its own pool which is directly across the canal from this unit, you can easily walk to it, as well as its own tennis courts, which are right outside the front door.

It’s perfect for families &/or couples. You can swim right off the dock and paddle board/kayak to Little Bay and the surrounding canals.
The space
This canal/bay front island location gives guests the ability to fish & swim off their own dock, while only a short walk/bike/golf cart ride from the Key Allegro beaches as well! The back dock and deck are great for entertainment and relaxation. The condo itself is bright and very spacious!
Guest access
Guests have access to the back dock & deck. You can dock your boat right in-front of the condo. You will also have a pool key fob for the pool directly across the canal as well as access to the tennis courts too!
Other things to note
This condo is on an adorable little island that’s great to bike, walk, jog & or golf cart around. So definitely explore & enjoy not only the condo, but the island charm as well!
