Gorgeous Estate w/180° views of the lake and 300+ ft of waterfront!

Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! Built in 2017, this gorgeous home sits in a small, secluded gated community on the southern part of the lake. The property offers 180° views from every room, with the cove behind us serving as a natural preserve. To the left, two uninhabited islands stretch for ½ mile, connected by sandbars and home to local beavers and otters. The right side of the cove is protected state park property.

Your 300+ feet of private waterfront begins just 50 feet from the house, with an easy grade down to a flat backyard featuring 3,000 sq ft of landscaped recreation areas. Uniquely, the property offers two full-size boat docks, providing ample space for watercraft. Enjoy evening campfires at our lakeside fire pit!

Recent upgrades include:
- 3-person infrared sauna room
- 2 kayaks and 2 paddle-boards for water activities
- Added a new larger 26' open slip dock
- New table tennis equipment
- Updated lighter hardwood floors throughout
- Upgraded to an 85" TV in the lower level
- Workout area with dumbbells (3-33 lbs totaling 160lbs) and bench
- 240V, 50-amp EV charging outlet

While private and peaceful, we're conveniently located near restaurants and activities in Seneca, West Union, and Walhalla. Clemson University and the Tigers' football stadium is just 25 minutes away. As a green home, solar power provides nearly 100% of our electricity.

Our family of 8 adults and 7 children had a wonderful time spending a week together in this beautiful home. There’s so much room inside and outside! The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you need. We loved having 2 docks because some kids would swim off one dock while the others fished from the other dock. The lake views are spectacular!

Our family absolutely loved this property!It was very spacious for our kids and grandkids to spread out in the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. We hosted a couple of dinners for larger family groups as part of our reunion and found it to be an excellent venue to host a big group.The kitchen was extremely well equipped - we were lacking nothing!The host was very available and communicated promptly and kindly.This was a bit more expensive than we generally would spend but considering the size,beauty of the location and tasteful amenities of the home, it was well worth it!

Great house and location!

Phenomenal, fantastic, luxurious, and beautiful describes our stay at this lovely home while we celebrated our son’s Clemson graduation!The owner was beyond accommodating, responsive, and helpful and truly this could not have been more of a perfect and special stay for our family. Every detail was considered and every aspect of the home was set up for comfort, convenience and enjoyment. The kitchen was truly a chefs kitchen with every possible item one may need to entertain. The stunning views from every room, comfortable beds, and areas for entertainment were just a few of the things that made this stay so memorable. We can’t wait to visit again and look forward to enjoying another visit soon! The owners responsiveness to questions and recommendations were second to none. Thank you !

Beautiful property with big lake views. Well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable for our small group but could accommodate larger groups as well. The host was very responsive. Close to Clemson. Wish we had more time to make use of all of the amenities.

Beautiful home in beautiful setting.

Loved spending time here with friends for Clemson Ring weekend. Second time we have rented it and will do again. Great owner! The setting is so beautiful and the home is gorgeous.

Amazing lake house!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for 3 generations to gather! Loved the multiple screened in porches, gourmet kitchen, puzzles and lake toys (paddle boards, noodles, kayaks). Made for a wonderful vacation!!

Wonderful

The property was perfect for our whole family. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and there was plenty of places to find to read watch tv and enjoy the views. The dock and all of its toys kept the kids happy to swim right there. The kitchen had everything you need and the grill was great to have. Everyone agreed it was a great vacation!

Amazing Annual Trip

This house is JUST PERFECT for our group. We are 6 couples coming back for a weekend at the lake and a Clemson game and this house has everything we need to cook, relax, enjoy the view and play. We will be back every year.

Perfect Lake House!

we had an amazing trip in this gorgeous home. with 6 kids and 7 adults there is plenty of space. the house is not missing one amenity and the views are amazing!!!

Great Thanksgiving

Our family spent Thanksgiving together at the house. Perfect for entertaining and the kitchen is perfect for a large groups. Spent time enjoying the pool table, sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the cool weather.

I'm a native New Yorker who moved to Atlanta in 1996. My husband Fran is from Boston and New Hampshire. We have three adult children who have spent most of their childhood vacationing on lake Keowee. LakekeoweePropertiesLLC.com have hosted 100's of VRBO families at Keowee since 2003.. We purchased this land in 2012. It took us about 2 years to review 1000's of home plans before we finally developed the plans that we felt maximized the unique location of the lot and ensured that every room had a beautiful view of the lake. We broke ground on this new home in October 2015 and finally finished construction, landscaping and furnishing it by May 2017.

Simple - Private, secluded big water views to die for! The lot is unique, and unlike any other location in lake Keowee as it offers unencumbered views of the lake. To the left of the home are two private islands. To the right on the far shore is protected state land. After moving to Atlanta we began shopping for a get away location for day trips and camping. We tried a lot of other beautiful places within 2 hours of Atlanta before we finally found Lake Keowee in 2003. We were amazed at how beautiful the lake was. The water is a beautiful emerald green and the Appalachian mountains provide a stunning view from the water headed north. We discovered this unique piece of land in 2012, and it was so stunning that we closed on it within one week!

Quiet exclusive gated neighborhood, with unobstructed views of the lake. 180° view of big water, framed by public areas that will never be built on ; two undeveloped islands border the view on the left and state owned parks border the view to the right. A public boat ramp is less than 1/4 mile away by water. 10 minutes to shopping in West Union which has a great Ingles supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, and antique shopping. Access to dozens of waterfalls and whitewater rafting within 20-40 minutes of the home.
