Fully stocked kitchen, kayaks and paddle boards, shuffle board table, TEQ table (if you donā€™t know this it is by far a fan favorite!!!), air hockey, hot tub, board games, puzzles, game room and amazing mattresses for a good nights sleep. This retreat is the ultimate memory maker with so much to do for every age.

This is the second time our entire family (21) has stayed at Carolina's Cottage and it was spectacular again. The house - tremendous, really well appointed; the dock - a great spot to swim and moor a boat; location - loved it

Peaceful getaway on lake Keowee

What an amazing week in this beautiful home on a stunning lake. The house was totally adequate for our big family with plenty of space for everyone. Easy location to find & excellent location on the lake. We loved the calm waters of the area & especially having water on both sides of the point! Having the dock gave us a central place to gather while enjoying lake swimming & boating excursions. Would love to. One here again!

We had an awesome stay at Carolinaā€™s Cottage! Check-in was super easy, and the house had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was incredibly well-stockedā€”not just with high-end gadgets, but also with all the essentials and more (even paper products!), which made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, and the layout of the house worked great for our group. The bedrooms were comfy, and we loved having two separate living areas so the kids and adults could each have their own space. The lake was absolutely beautiful. We even got lucky and saw a bear during our stay, which made for a fun and memorable moment (from a safe distance, of course!). Destiny was an amazing hostā€”super responsive and easy to communicate with. This is officially our new favorite lake spot. Canā€™t wait to come back!

Cabin getaway with friends

Such a beautiful property. We enjoyed a weekend here. Best things was the kayaking and fishing by the bridge. We also enjoyed sā€™mores by the fireplace and the stunning views. We were 5 families and it didnā€™t feel crowded once.

Wonderful Stay!!!

This is a wonderful place for a large family. On the lake, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen. The view was wonderful and is relaxing. We would go back in a heartbeat. The kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun. Thank you for sharing this place with us!!

Perfect Big Family house

Great house and location on Lake keowee!!! Great dock, especially if you have boat and other accessories. House was stocked with everything we needed. We had a blast. Ages 1-55. Would stay again.

Outstanding stay at a gorgeous property!

We were lucky enough to be the first renters to stay in this brand new property, Carolinaā€™s Cottage Cove. It was more that we had hoped for - beautiful house, lots of lake toys and great dock, plenty of room, and a phenomenal setting on a 2 acre lot with lots of water frontage on Lake Keowee. The owners were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We had about 18 family members ranging from 16-78, and everyone agreed that it was an ideal vacation. Trust us -you will absolutely love renting this property!

Best Family Vacation Ever

Our family of 19 (including 7 grandchildren ages 4 mos. to 10 yrs) had a fantastic family vacation at Carolinaā€™s Cottage Cove. The beds were very comfortable, and the grandkids enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, and even a rice cooker, to cook a variety of meals for our group. Everyone enjoyed swimming off the dock and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and huge ā€œLily Padā€ floating mat. The view was beautiful.and our location was very peaceful. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed both the deck and the screen porch for places to gather or just get some alone time. The kids loved the air hockey table and the TEQ game.. There was something for everyone.

Beautiful Home on Beautiful Lake Keowee

Carolinaā€™s Cottage Cove is a beautiful home which fit our family well! The pictures are exact & the in-person lake views from every room are even better! The openness of the living spaces & kitchen were perfect for our large family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our traditional themed dinner nights. The bedrooms, beds and linens were very comfortable for all to retire to after the long days on the lake. They provided extra blankets & beach towels, which were a nice touch! It was wonderful to have an upstairs & downstairs laundry room too! We appreciated the use of the large dock for us to use with our boat & jetskiā€™s. The Lilly Pad & Paddle Boards were so fun too! Our evenings were filled with family games & puzzles, which they had plenty of to share! The only challenge I would say we had was the process of the trash. Though Destiny was very helpful & prompt answering all our questions & navigated us on what to do, it was a little different then what we were use to. Thank you again for sharing your stunning home with us which allowed us to make so many more memories! We would highly recommend this gorgeous home & hope to be able to come back again!

!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY !!!

This property was FILTHY! After walking around the house for a few hours, my husband's socks were completely black on the bottom; he never went outside! Then we all noticed our feet were also black, and had to scrub them before getting in bed. Everyone wore shoes in the house for the rest of our stay because the floors were so dirty.The Jack and Jill bathroom rug was covered in hair, lint, grass, etc., and had likely never been cleaned. The shower curtain in that bathroom was covered in pink and black mold. This bathroom served two bedrooms, but it was so nasty that no one wanted to use it; they had to just share other bathrooms.Now for the exterior. The patio sofa and tables were covered in pollen. Again, it was not a normal layer, but thick pollen that was likely from the entire spring season. It looked like we were the first renters of the season, and the pollen and pine tree droppings had never been cleaned off the exterior furniture, porches, or rugs. We had to clean everything to dine and sit on both porches and the outside chairs.I brought these issues AND MORE up to the owner and asked for our cleaning fee back due to all the issues. Her response was, "Did you guys clean the house?" I told her we had to partially clean, but were inconvenienced by not using one bathroom and dealing with all the other issues. She never even responded! So, no refund or other solution was offered.Also, be aware there is only ONE TV in the entire 6 bedroom/2 living area house.

Beautiful Lake Views

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving here. We had 11 people ages 13-80. It was plenty spacious. It was great to have 3 bedrooms on main floor so elderly didnā€™t have to do stairs. The stove and oven were great for big meal preparations. Itā€™s beautifully decorated and the views are incredible. Would love to stay here again.

Great Stay, Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at this house. The property was huge, well cared for, new and clean. There was more than enough space for multiple families to enjoy time together but also have room to themselves if needed. The kayaks and paddle boards that were provided were a nice touch as well as the various games for the kids that were utilized and enjoyed often (by the adults too!). The bedrooms were huge (honestly more space than needed!), so no worries if you have small children and need space for cribs or a mattress on the floor (they had extra mattresses in one of the closets which was great for my 2 year old niece who prefers that to a pack and play). There are no hair dryers which was a first for us or starter soaps for the showers so just be aware and make sure to pack your own, otherwise everything was thought of and provided so just enjoy! Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommended!

Amazing house and property for family vacation

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for our vacation. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds were super comfortable. The house had plenty of space and privacy for multi-family and was decorated with every touch. The water off of dock was deep for kids jumping and diving and everyone called it a "home run" of a vacation.

Beautiful Lake House

We truly enjoyed our stay at this new/beautiful lake house on Lake Keowee. The house had plenty of space for our large family and was in perfect condition. We loved the views and enjoyed the easy access to the boat dock/lake. Destiny was extremely helpful and made our arrival/departure extremely easy. I would highly recommend this beautiful lakefront property to my family and friends.
