Experience authentic southwest elegance in a fabulous location in the heart of downtown, yet peaceful solitude behind adobe walls.....

This carefully crafted home, features traditional pueblo style architectural detailing with a Kiva fireplace in the living room and both bedrooms, Talavera tiled kitchen and bathrooms, viga beams in the ceilings, smooth plaster walls, and with brick floors.

Located on a hillside in an older established neighborhood, this home has breathtaking Southwest sunsets overlooking downtown city lights - especially beautiful during the holiday season when Santa Fe is aglow with farolitos.

A winding flagstone walkway through beautifully landscaped grounds, leads to your private gated entrance and adobe walled yard space. Outdoor living is an essential part of Santa Fe architecture and an adobe walled patio with a Weber gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture provides an oasis of solitude.

The living room is light filled, spacious, and elegantly and comfortably furnished including a sofa bed, Kiva style fireplace, flat screen Smart TVtelevision with cable channels.

Complimentary firewood is stocked at right at your door during the winter season mid - October through mid-May.

The Talavera tiled country kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - china, cookware, glassware, utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary locally roasted coffee for the first morning, as well as all paper goods, and cleaning supplies.

A luxurious master bedroom features a comfortable King bed with high thread count cozy linens, and Kiva fireplace for a quiet restful slumber and a romantic getaway on a snowy winter's night. The second bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and yet another Kiva fireplace.

Both full bathrooms are Talvera tiled, with plush towels, luxurious soaps, and hairdryers provided for your convenience. The master bath has a deluxe tub/shower combination, and the second bathroom features a spacious tiled walk-in shower.

The location of Campanilla Compound is one of the best features of this home. Just four blocks north of the historic downtown Plaza, walk to all Santa Fe has to offer- fine dining, art galleries, museums and boutique shopping. Skiiers, hikers, snow shoers, delight, just 12 miles from Santa Fe Ski Basin, in minutes you are surrounded by the Santa Fe National Forest.

Great place!

Really homey and comfortable, clean, spacious (3 patios just for our unit!) quiet, and just a couple of blocks from downtown restaurants and shops. We definitely will stay here again next time we come to Santa Fe.

Great location to enjoy the town center

The house was comfy and convenient to all the town sites, including restaurants, museums, galleries. Spared us from needing to drive and park a car on busy streets. Thanks to the owners, it's comfortable and lovely.

Ideal rental in Santa Fe

This is one of the nicest places my family and I have ever rented on VRBO. The unit was beautiful, spacious, well supplied and very conveniently located. We couldn’t have asked for more and would gladly stay here again if we are in Santa Fe.

Lovely Place to Stay in Santa Fe

This place was peaceful and quiet. Great fireplaces stocked with wood. Comfortable and relaxing in every way. Close to town. Worth the money for sure. Feels very private. We had a fantastic stay.

Found Home

We have been visiting yearly Santa Fe for over 20 years, we love this town! We have stayed in just about EVERY hotel in the downtown Plaza area and love them all but we have now found our new home away from home. We will stay here from here on...

Lots of room in comfy place

It was like being in a 2 bedroom house there is so much room. Beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of seating room in the living area. We thought the location was good for walking into "town" (downhill on the way in and uphill on the way back). The full kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware land enough pots to cook if you want to. Wish we could have made more use of the outdoor space but it was a bit cool. Would stay here again.

Wonderful retreat

This was the perfect spot to stay for a girl's weekend. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious and we loved the two sitting areas and three walled in courtyards. The space was charming and welcoming and we hope to come stay again. Easy walks to the plaza, art galleries and restaurants as well as a great home base for hiking at Bandelier State Monument and Taos.

Delightful and well appointed spacious unit

We had a wonderful stay at the Campanella Compound. The unit contained everything that we needed and management was Friendly and quickly responsive to the couple of times we had questions. Just an 8-10 minute walk to historic downtown. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay in this quaint villa. Southwest style in a safe environment close to the Plaza.

We enjoyed our stay in the Campanilla Compound. It was secluded and private. There were a few items worthy of mention. Upon arrival we noticed an odor but thought it was cleaning products. But when we returned from outings it was obvious when entering. It smelled like some type of fuel oil (?) or insecticide(?) Might be worth checking out. The unit was comfortable except for the extreme temperature difference between the bedrooms.The master bedroom & bathroom in the back was very cold (against the outside wall). We had to turn up the heat at night to sleep but then the front bedroom was so warm I had to cover the vent. Very comfortable beds & bedding. We did notice some ants at first in the front bathroom but then found them in the living room and front bedroom also. There was not any food out to attract them. Location was nice for a morning walk around the Plaza.

We love Campanilla Compound! Lovely accommodations with the Santa Fe flair - great location that allows an easy walk to the plaza and local restaurants. This was a mother/daughter(s) trip that was filled with special memories. Thank you for making it the best!

Spacious and comfortable

This is a great location so easy walks to restaurants and art galleries etc. the property is very attractive and well stocked. We had a small issue with ants in one bathroom and the management was unresponsive.

Really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Really appreciated the private patios and decks even though the weather was too cool to sit out. The bed in the master is amazingly comfortable. We looked at the manufacturer when we left and will be buying a new bed at home. Well stocked kitchen but light on basic food stuff beyond salt and pepper, coffee, etc. Close to the plaza and very walkable, but still quiet. Staff was very response and nice to deal with. Overall one of our better stays. Highly recommend it .

Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Our unit at Campanilla Compound was so enchanting and very private. Exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Close to everything that Santa Fe has to offer, we took full advantage of the close proximity to all the sights. The entire property was classic Santa Fe and absolutely what we wanted. The beds were super comfortable (the bed linens were top notch) and the double decks on our unit made enjoying an afternoon cocktail totally delightful. The place was spotless and well cared for and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxed stay. We would not hesitate to book at Campanilla again.

Excellent Oasis

Our stay in Santa Fe was wonderful. The Campanilla Compound is literally minutes from the main square. The accomodations were extremely well cared for and everything was in good working order and easily found. The patios were terrific and this home away from home made our stay much more enjoyable and where we will stay when we return to Santa Fe. A hotel has nothing on these amazing rentals.

Perfection in Santa Fe

My unit at Campanilla was perfect. We could walk to the square or be on the road to the mountains in minutes. The pots, pans, dishes, towels and sheets were top quality and looked like they had just been purchased. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The adobe walls provided a quiet and private environment. Our outdoor seating was an added bonus to the typical Santa Fe style interiors. If I could have stayed forever, I would have. I will definitely return when I can.

totally enjoyable

Campanilla Compound is a cluster of high end Santa Fe style condos. Our unit had three patios and was very well laid out so that the two bedrooms were at opposite ends of the unit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was a beautiful place to stay in Santa Fe. Staff was extremely helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Location was very good--just a little way above the main plaza. We were two couples, but a family would also enjoy this space. We asked for a single story, but I noted that there were also many two story units. There was just a wonderful, peaceful Santa Fe feeling about this place.

Excellent all around

We had a fabulous experience at Campanilla Compound. The place was utterly immaculate, spacious and convenient to walking into town. We loved that it had kivas in every room and greatly enjoyed the yard/terraces. It was also extremely quiet and private. In short, we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations.
