Pelican Perch

This beach house has a relaxing view of Florida pines and the state park from the back door, and the beach a few steps from the front of the home. There are no visible neighbors on any side of the home, making it very quiet. The home comfortably sleeps 10 (6 adults and 4 children).
* Downstairs bedroom has one king bed.
* Downstairs sunroom has a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed.
* Upstairs Master bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs loft has 2 built-in twin beds.
* A pack-n-play is available if you have a little one so you can pack a little lighter.
All 3 bathrooms have walk-in showers.
There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The dining area seats 6 and there are 4 barstools to sit at the counter. Want to sit on the screen porch and enjoy the fresh air? The patio table seats 6 and there are 4 stools at an outdoor counter.
In addition to a full kitchen, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a great view!
The property has a grassy fenced in yard for your dog and children to run and play. There is also a downstairs shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach!
Did you come to Alligator Point to fish? There is a fish cleaning station downstairs as well.
If you need some time indoors or it is a rainy day, the house has 3 TV's to enjoy a movie or streaming your favorite shows.
You will get a personalized code to unlock and lock the door. No worrying about keeping track of keys!

The house was located in a perfect location for watching wildlife. From the backyard and deck area we saw deer, eagles, egrets, butterflies, frogs and of course, pelicans. We enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing all the sea life. We also appreciated the fully fenced in back yard.

We had a great stay at Pelican Perch. It was a beautiful home. We couldn't get the TV in master to work, but that certainly wasn't a deal breaker. But geez...those steps! Be prepared for a workout every day. lol. We've already reserved our next trip.

Great Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family celebration. This home was exactly as described, but even more beautiful in person. There was a guidebook that provided helpful information about the house and local area. The kitchen had all the main utensils and equipment needed for family dinners. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and family games. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely come back again for future gatherings.

Beautiful property that offers very comfortable accommodations and scenery. Well furnished and definitely worth a return trip. This place offered solitude and very quiet nights. We definitely needed this rest and relaxation from a busy home and work life.

Alligator Point Weekend Stay

My husband, myself and a few of our friends rented this house for a long weekend at the beginning of December and it was wonderful. Great location directly across from the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the balcony at night. The house was very well maintained and had all of the necessities you would need. We would definitely stay again!

Owner's were great to work with. House is very well equipped. Ive been vacationing in the area for 20yrs and this is one of the nicest houses ive stayed in. Great beds, nice kitchen, and a fenced yard for the dog. Great view from the back deck grilling.

Graet place to stay!

We lovd this house. In a very quiet location, just a walk across the street to the beach. Only thing that would have been better is the elevator carrying a weeks worth of luggage and an elderly member of the family with the stairs but other thatn that perfect!!!

This home was roomy, clean, and well stocked with thoughtful household, kitchen, and beach items. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the location could not be better with such close access to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!

The house was awesome! A great layout, beautiful furnishings and spotlessly clean. Just a short walk across the street to a beautiful beach, great porch for playing games and enjoying a cocktail. All three bedrooms were huge and offered comfortable beds and large walk-in showers. Check in was easy. We will definitely come back. This might be the best rental house and experience weā€™ve ever had.

A Great Escape

The house was great but the location is really what made it special. It backs up to a state park, is a short walk to a narrow isolated beach, and is a short drive to a public beach with great sunset views. We enjoyed exploring, hiking, birding, and special time together as a family. The host was very friendly, helpful, and had lots of great information to help make our stay very special. Thanks!

My family of 10 stayed at this lovely home for a week. We had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and spent lots of time on the screened porch. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was ready and the house was all that we expected. Serene Family Get-Away!

Loved staying at this peaceful property! Easter weekend and we had the beach almost completely to ourselves. We also enjoyed dinners and late-night conversations on the screened in portch overlooking the wildlife refuge area-- gorgeous! The guys enjoyed the awesome gas grill set-up on the porch. Pack light; the kitchen is well-stocked, and beach towels, chairs, toys are provided. Don't forget the bug spray, though! This house is Old North Florida at its best.
