Sweet Retreat- Lake Front Home in the Ozarks at 28mm

Perfect lake escape and retreat with home right on the lake at the 28mm, with private dock for relaxing, swimming, and pulling up the boat.
Three-bedroom home to sleep 10 persons. Two full bathrooms with full size washer and dryer in upstairs bathroom. Full size and stocked kitchen as well as dining room and living room. Dock with large area for relaxing as well as island bar, dock shed with fridge, loungers, fishing poles, and lots of room around the dock for swimming, floating, and fishing.

Home is in a quiet no wake cove and perfect for a relaxing float or ride in the kayaks or paddleboat. Enjoy beautiful sunrise views from either of the two decks at the house or from the dock.
Home has minimal steps to enter and down to the dock. We are just an eight-minute drive off of highway 54 and close to entertainment and grocery such as Super Splash water park, 7 Springs Winery, and The Y Road general store. The Y Road Marina for trailer parking is less than a five minute drive to the home as well as a nearby boat ramp. Osage Beach area is only 15 minutes for lots of shopping, restaurants, go-carts and mini golf. You can drive over to Camdenton and enjoy the Bridal caves and Ha Ha Tonka park and the castle ruins. There are also many places to rent boats or jet skis. The dock also a 11 1/2 x 28 foot slip for you keep your boat and in a calm cove. This is a perfect escape and location!

Fantastic Location

Our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of room for everyone. The dock was our favorite spot to hangout. It was so relaxing and the cove it is in is perfect. The house is at a great spot on the lake to get to all of the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The dock is amazing! The view is fantastic and the cove is perfect. The house had everything we needed. Communication with the owner what fantastic. If we had any issues it was addressed and resolved immediately. We love staying here as this was our second time. We will love staying here and will be back.

Perfect spot for our family

Very clean and comfortable house with plenty of room for our family of 4. Our boys fished night and day and in between fishing would take the paddle boat out all throughout the nice private cove. Owners communication was incredible! Will definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation home

This place is awesome! Great location. The dock was great and being able to use the paddle boat and kayaks was a plus. The house is clean and the kitchen has everything you will need. I noticed that some previous people had said the parking was a problem but we had two cars and no issue

Nice little place in a quiet cove . Loved the location . Spent most of the time on the dock for swimming and fishing and just relaxing . Beds were not comfortable . Over all I would stay again . Nice little place on the lake .

Lake weekend

Description and listing is exactly as it states in person. Host was great to work with. Cove was perfect. Stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets, towels, start up supplies and communication. We rent places all over the lake and this was one of our top picks and will definitely return when availability is available.

Great Place

This house and all the options were great! The owners were wonderful to speak with and quick to answer our many questions! The house is on a giant hill and it is slightly difficult to get in and out if youā€™re used to fairly easy flat roads. We came to boat so once we got parked we really didnā€™t care as we didnā€™t need to leave much for anything! The boat ramp the owners suggested was great and so was the trailer parking they suggested! Overall this house was perfect for our families!! We plan to book here again!

Great place to stay!

This is our second year to stay at this property. We love the reasonable rates, quiet cove, clean house and spacious kitchen. There are many outdoor decks to relax on and the dock with a fish cleaning table is perfect for us. The hosts are great and offered to let us have an early check in. We plan to stay here again!

Great Labor Day Weekend

Beautiful property in a quiet cove. Home was spacious & perfect for 2 families with littles. Amy was great to work with & was quick to respond with our multiple questions! Parking was a little tight with 2 vehicles but we were able to make it work. Amy gave us recommendations on where to park our boat trailer & ramp to use. We opted to use the Linn Creek boat ramp due to it pouring down rain & wanting a concrete ramp. Overall we had a great weekend with friends!

Great Lake house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well stocked. It has very convenient dock access with few stairs. I would recommend bringing beach towels if you plan to spend time down by the water. Would highly recommend staying here!

Family stay on the Fourth of July

We had a great stay! Shade on the dock was nice. The kids loved fishing off the dock, riding in the paddle boat and kayaks. It was nice to sit and relax on the dock as well. Overall, was pleased with our stay. Could use a bigger, smart tv in the living room.
