Newly build Villa Mendula is situated in the town Unešić. Althought in the continental part of Croatia it is very close to all main atrractions in croatia and Dalmatia. In the driving distance you can find all best things and important attractions in Croatia and Dalmatia.
You’ll love my place because of very peaceful location in the with great ambiance and the outdoors space. It has great poll and sauna to make your joy even better...
The space
Villa Mendula is situated on the large area of 1800 m2, it is on the three levels (floors), size around 180 m2.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and dinning space. There are also two double rooms, bathroom and entrance to the pool.
Villa Mendula has outside heated pool with large terrace. Terrace is equiped with sofas and sun umbrelas. Under the pool there is underground floor with sauna.
On the second floore there are three double rooms, large bathroom and terrace with seating sofas.
Kitchen is fully equiped with all appliences and kitchenware. There is also a nice barbecue terrace with covered dining table.
Villa Mandula has one garage place and five outside parking spots.
Guest access
Guests have access to very strong free WiFi.
Aircondition, all taxes, cleaning fee, towels, linen and soaps are included for free.
