Villa Ivanka is located in Marina, between Sibenik and Split. The apartment is aligned with a balcony and sea view. This is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, 2x bathroom, separate kitchen with two refrigerators, washing machine, dishwasher and much more. fitted. Furthermore, the apartment has a total of 3 separate bedrooms and another living room with sleeping possibility. The villa is very quiet (off the street) and offers enough parking (garage and yard) for your car. We have provided a barbecue grill with a roofed pavilion, which has been specially set up in the countryside, for daily use by our guests. The beautiful (UNESCO) old town of Trogir is only 8km away, where you have the opportunity to be pampered by many sights and gourmet restaurants. From Trogir you can make beautiful trips with taxi boats to one of the countless islands, and boating. The sea is crystal clear and very warm.


Just 800m from our house, you will find our beautiful historic tower from the 16th century and the marina Marina Agana. Furthermore, Marina is very centrally located to take countless day trips to Split, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Omis, Krka National Park, Makarska Rivijera, Plitvice Lakes, rafting on the Cetina River. Be our guest and enjoy the Mediterranean beauty of Dalmatia.

Amazing!

I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep it out little secret! I think this is one of the best holidays I have had. You always worry with doing something like this (the last one we did the listing was so inaccurate it was a fairy tale!!)that when you arrive it will be not quite what you are expecting or the location is not quite as good, the beach being further than you thought for instance. The accommodation is immaculate, the pool is exceptional and very clean and the outdoor oven is brilliant, we had great fun trying to find the best way to cook pizza in it! Ivanka is an amazing host who manages to be extremely helpful while not crowding you. She gave us loads of hints and tips on where to go and arranged a boat trip for us. When I went to see how far the beach I was shocked, never did I expect it to actually be a two minute walk but it is and it is a lovely beach. In short, I highly recommend staying with Ivanka and if her parents are staying as well then that is a bonus as they are a lovely couple as well. Thank you Ivanka for giving us such a lovely time and being so welcoming and friendly and helpful! Five stars all round from us 😀😀

Fantastic time in Marina

The accommodation was perfect. We had exclusive use of a lovely outdoor dining and seating area with a BBQ grill and full kitchen. The whole middle floor of the villa was ours and was light and airy with modern appliances and Aircon. Our host Ivanka was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked, helping us with everything from transfers to excursions and was also great company. The villa is a 20 minute walk from the old town with restaurants and shops All in all we had a perfect family holiday and would recommend the accommodation and the destination.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Außenbereich und in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein sehr großer umlaufender Balkon und eine wunderschön gestaltete, überdachte Terrasse mit Küche und Grill laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Hier gibt es auch eine Bar und einen Imbiss. Für uns, die wir mit zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter zwischen 2 und 16 Jahren unterwegs waren, die perfekte Unterkunft. Zudem wird man durch die Vermieter sehr herzlich und familiär aufgenommen und wir konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden. Wir haben auch super Tipps für wundervolle und interessante Ausflüge erhalten. Mit Hilfe der Vermieterin war es sogar möglich, noch kurzfristig ein Boot zu mieten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Ivanka. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Ivanka spricht deutsch und war immer für uns ansprechbar. 4 klimatisierte Zimmer machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder.

A fantastic stay

Ivanka and her family were very welcoming, and the house was perfect for our vacation, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you would need. The location was great for getting to all the major cities without a long drive and there were plenty of beaches within driving distance.

Very clean well looked after property

We had a wonderful holiday , The Town of Marina is very scenic with a nice beach and places to eat. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need . There is a lovely outside seating area covered with a built in BBQ . The owners are on hand to help with any queries you may have. Ivanka is very knowledgable about the places to go and visit. We recommend both Croatia for a holiday and the holiday home we stayed in especially for a family.

Schöner ruhiger Ort, empfehlenswert!

Kleines feines Dorf, nahe an Trogir und Split, Ganz schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit grosser Terasse und Grill mit Küche ausserhalb des Hauses. Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigem. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit Sträucher, Bäumen und Gemüsegarten. Strand sehr nahe, schön auch für kleinere Kinder (unsere waren da 3,4,7,9), man brauchte kein Auto- das war Absolut Top. man musste einfach eine ziemlich viel befahrene Strasse überqueren. Für ins Wasser haben wir Wasserschuhe gebraucht. Die Gastgeber Katarina, Joso und Ivanka waren nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit, bereicherten unseren Frühstückstisch mit frischen Feigen und Tomaten. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt! Herrlich waren die Spaziergänge am abend am Meer entlang der Küste bis zum Turm und Jachthafen in Marina. Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in Marina und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Liebe Grüsse Familie Batka

A wonderful stay in Marina!

Our stay in Marina was wonderful, the apartment is practically on the sea side, clean and totally new. Large and comfortable rooms and extremely kind and friendly owners. We loved every moment of it, including the barbecue which was totally at our disposal. Looking forward to go back one day!

Einfach rundum perfekt!!!!

Wir haben schon einige Ferienwohnungen und Häuser gemietet und diese war eine der besten überhaupt! Wie schon geschrieben wurde kam man sich vom ersten Tag an vor wie ein Mitglied der Familie und wir haben Euch alle sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Unserem gehandicapten Sohn habt Ihr jeden Wunsch erfüllt und die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung Eures Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir hoffen sehr Euch alle noch mal wieder zu sehen. Tolle Tage

Unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung Wir, 2Erwachsene, 2 Kinder hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Ivanka. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hat gefallen, daß uns ein riesiger überdachter Bereich mit Esstisch zur Verfügung stand und dadurch der Aufenthalt im Freien auch zur Mittagszeit möglich war. Der Strand ist fussläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen das Auto kann also auch mal stehenbleiben. Marina ist ein ruhiger Ort mit Jachthafen in dem man Einkaufen und auch gut Essen gehen kann. Von Ivanka wurden wir mit guten Tipps zu unseren Ausflügen versorgt und konnten auch viel Wissenwertes über Land und Leute erfahren. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit. LG Bernd

Ein toller Familienurlaub, absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir waren als Famile Anfang September 10 Tage in der Villa zu Gast und haben eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Von den Besitzern wird man herzlich empfangen und wie Familie behandelt, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Das Haus ist einwandfrei sauber und alles ist bestens gepflegt und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgestattet (Küche, Bäder etc.). Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse, einen großen Balkon, einen Platz für das Auto usw., wie es auch in der Beschreibung steht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe reichlich (am besten mit dem Auto, aber auch zu Fuß), und auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten vor Ort (Trogir etc.) und in der Umgebung (Split, NP Krka usw.). Die Vermieter geben diesbezüglich auch gute Tipps. Mit am schönsten ist der naheliegende Strand (keine 3 Min. Fußweg), eine ruhige Bucht, super zum Schwimmen und auch gut für Kleinkinder geeignet (nicht sofort tief und keine starken Wellen). Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt, wir durften uns wie zu Hause fühlen und hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Wir würden die Villa Ivanka nicht nur weiterempfehlen, sondern am liebsten auch bald wiederkommen ;) Vielen Dank und einen lieben Gruß nochmal an dieser Stelle Anna

Excellent accommodation just north of Split

We are two Swedish families with 4 children between 5 and 10 years old and we had the pleasure to stay at Villa Novokmet 12 nights in July 2014. We highly recommend the apartment and in particular the extraordinary welcoming hosts. Marina is a small village close to Split airport and the nice old city of Trogir. A child-friendly pebble beach with showers, café, bar, bread shop etc. is just a minute away and the centre of Marina with shops, restaurants etc. is reached by a pleasant walk along the bay. The apartment is nice, clean and fully equipped with a separate kitchen and outdoor dining area with BBQ all surrounded by a lush garden. Living at Villa Novokmet is equal to having a "personal concierge" with friendly advice on what to do, where to eat, how to best get around and getting insight in local traditions, cuisine, culture etc. We enjoyed to get to know Ivanka and her parents and really appreciated their hospitality.

Excellent holidays

A wonderful place to stay! The house is perfect located only a few minutes walk to a beautiful bay and also for day trips to Trogir, Split, Sibenik or Krka. The appartment waa really clean, fitted with everything you need and the beds were highly comfortable! The large terrace area, as well as the spacious pavilion are much more beautiful than on the pictures. We enjoyed the tasting of local products such as wine, liqueurs, jams, cheese and so on, self-made by the host. Because of this, especially to be mentioned is the hospitality. Ivanka was really nice and helpful and didn't let us go short. We only can recommend Villa Ivanka for an excellent holiday and for sure we will come back again!

Swietne miejsce.

I highly recommend this place. Clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped kitchen. A huge shed with a table and benches, where we ate meals and we enjoyed a delicious liqueurs Ivanka :) Very close to the sea with nice beach, garden giving shadow and of course helpful, friendly and charming Ivanka ;)

Erholung pur! auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert!!!

Gastfreundlichkeit steht hier an erster Stelle! Wir können es mit gutem Wissen und Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Die Ausstattung, das tolle Wetter und ein sauberes Meer. Haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Hatten eine ruhige, entspannte, schöne und gemütliche Woche und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung entspricht absolut den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat sämtliche deutsche Fernsehsender zur Verfügung. Es gab nichts was nicht gestimmt hat. Die Gastgeberin steht mit Tipps (z.B. wo man gut Essen gehen kann, was es an Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt, etc.) gerne zur Seite. Wir jedenfalls kommen gerne wieder. (Hoffen, sehr bald wieder!) Einfach ein super Urlaub! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Sue & Uto

Zu Gast bei Freunden

Wir, ich, meine Partnerin und unsere Tochter, waren vom 01.07.- 07.07.12 zu Gast in der Villa Ivanka. Nach wenigen Stunden haben wir uns schon heimisch gefühlt, da die Betreiberfamilie dieser Anlage sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist, man sich somit wirklich als willkommener Gast fühlt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die wunderschöne Terasse lädt abends zur Romantik pur ein. Der Strand ist etwa 70-80 m entfernt, für Kinder sehr geeignet. Unsere Kleine wollte nach den Urlaubstagen gar nicht nach Deutschland zurück, am liebsten wärte sie dort geblieben. Villa Ivanka- 2014 we are coming again! LG Tim

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Ende August/Anfang September 2012 in der Villa Ivanka zu Gast. Der ausführlichen und positiven Bewertung zur Ausstattung und Atmosphäre des Hauses von Marcus E. können wir uns voll und ganz anschließen und möchten lediglich einige Ergänzungen anfügen: Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der überdachte Aufenthaltsraum im Garten mit dem praktischen Küchenhaus. Da wir oft gekocht haben, war das praktisch unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend, Geschirr gibt es in ausreichender Menge (auch große Töpfe), so dass nicht dauernd gespült werden muss (Spülmaschine ist vorhanden) und auch Gäste empfangen werden können. Der Tisch ist riesig und sehr stabil. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Kiesstrandes am Ortsausgang Richtung Trogir. Die Nähe zum Strand ist mit Kindern sehr praktisch, da man mal eben kurz ins Meer hüpfen kann. Schatten spendende Bäume gibt es auch (welche allerdings sehr umkämpft sind), eine Dusche und Toilletten sowie eine Bar (Rico-Bar). Auf der anderen Seite der Bucht befindet sich eine weiterer Strand - ebenfalls mit Bar und Kiosk, der über den neu angelegter Fußweg am Strand zu erreichen ist. Der Weg führt über den Jachthafen in die Ortsmitte und am historischen Turm vorbei dorthin. Mit kleineren Kindern empfiehlt sich aber ein Fahrzeug. Parken kein Problem. In der Ortsmitte befindet sich ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und ein kleiner Gemüsemarkt; frisches Brot für das Frühstück gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rico-Bar an einem Bäckerstand. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses großzügige Urlaubsdomizil und ein herzlicher Dank an Ivanka.

Notre famille a passé un très agréable séjour chez Ivanka. L'accueil fut très chaleureux , l"appartement est parfait , très bien équipé et spacieux pour une famille de 5. , la cuisine d'été couverte nous a permis de passer de belles soirées. La location est proche d'une plage de galets (a 100 m) et Marina, joli petit village, est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région entre Split et Sibenik. merci a Ivanka et ses parents pour cet endroit reposant et agréable, nous espérons revenir la famille Monchal

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Villa Ivanka liegt etwas abseits der Küstenstraße in einem relativ ruhigen Wohnviertel. Von hier aus erreicht man schnell viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten Mitteldalmatiens. Die junge Besitzerin wohnt ganz oben, sie spricht hervorragend deutsch und war stets freundlich und kompetent um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir bewohnten die komplette 1.Etage, die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und hatten sehr gute Matratzen. Im Wohnzimmer gab es ein bequemes Sofa und einen Sessel sowie DVD-Player mit Satellitenempfang sämtlicher deutscher Programme. Die zwei Bäder waren topmodernisiert und das Wasser ließ sich hervorragend regulieren. Der große umlaufende Balkon, nach Südosten ausgerichtet, ließ sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten zu, ebenso der windgeschützte, regensicher überdachte Pavillon, der als geräumiger Eß- und Grillplatz genutzt wird und viel Privatsphäre bietet. Von dort aus geht es zum separat gelegenen Küchenhaus mit allen wichtigen Geräten und Kochutensilien einschließlich Spül-und Waschmaschine. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll mit Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Liegestühle und Hollywoodschaukel sorgten für entspanntes Wohlbefinden und das Mietauto kann kühl und sicher in der hauseigenen Garage abgestellt werden. Zum wenig frequentierten Flughafen Split benötigt man nur 20 Minuten und Marina wird nicht überflogen. Alles in allem ein super Quartier und ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Landes! Marcus aus Berlin
