Everything was great. The only thing I would have looked at is the check in process. We arrived at 3:50p for a 4p check in. However, the cleaning crew was still there and said they wouldn’t be done cleaning until closer to 5p. We had to wait outside until they were done.

Beautiful home

House was great. Had everything we needed except for coffee filters. Nice quiet location. Leaving on Sunday, which would be with any house, took over an hour to get to the highway but hopefully the resort area gets this figured out in the next few years. Great spot & well equipped. Enjoyed our mini vacation.

Beautiful large house with a great layout. Plenty of space for everyone. Decks are spacious and enough seating for large groups. All 4 bedrooms are en-suites with 2 of the bedrooms having deck access. The kitchen layout is roomy and great for everyone to gather. The unpaved part of the road down into the house is in terrible condition. The house most definitely needs insect treatment. The inside of the house was consumed (seriously infested - thankfully nobody in our group has arachnophobia) with spiders - no room, wall, corner, shower was exempt. The poker table chairs were in complete disrepair and needed replaced. All that said, it could really be a great getaway place if it were better maintained and cleaned thoroughly.

Beautiful house. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress. Was very hard. That is the only thing that needs to be changed.

The property was beautiful! Would stay again when going to Broken Bow with a large group. We had 10 adults and were very comfortable with room to spare. The property is a short drive to hiking, outdoor activities, and restaurants. The road off of 259 to the house is pretty rough, which was stated in the listing. We had a mix of SUVs and sedans, no issues just take your time. Please take this next part of the review as a lesson learned and nothing to do with the property or listing. Google rerouted us on the way in due to traffic issues on 259. It took us in the “back way” to save time. This was a road off route 3. The road was unpaved and should only be accessed by construction crews and those familiar with off road travel. Do Not Take this road even with an SUV. It was dangerous ant times and cell service is nonexistent if you need help. Stick to 259 and there will be no issues getting to the house. Again, the property is amazing and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
