Upper level: 1 bedroom
- Bedroom #1: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks, and slider to a private deck

First level: 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed with sliders out to the backyard
- Bedroom #3: Full bed
- Bedroom #4: Two twin beds & ensuite bathroom with sliders to the backyard

There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, hair dryers, and towels.

Upper level:
- 1 Full bathroom: Ensuite in the primary bedroom with a walk in shower
- 1 Half bathroom: In the hallway between the living room, office, and primary bedroom

First level:

- Sun room: Bright sun room with a dining table with seating for 6 guests and access to the upper level deck.

- Washer & Dryer: located in the closet off of the kitchen

First level:
- Living room: spacious second living room equipped with couches, chairs and TV with a roku to stream all of your favorites! There is also a table with 4 chairs and slider to the lower level deck/patio.

Basement:
- The perfect place for the kids to have fun! The basement has a ping pong table, tons of board games & puzzles, a couch, seating area and TV with a roku!

- Backyard: Experience outdoor living on the water! The exterior area of this home boasts a large backyard with a patio including a dining table, seating area, and firepit. There is direct access to Oyster Pond River. There are two single use kayaks + oars and may be used at your own risk.

- Upper level deck: Access the deck from the sun room and primary bedroom. The deck off of the primary bedroom has a grill, 2 chairs, and the primary deck has a dining table with seating for 4 guests, and chairs perfect for soaking in the view.
