90 mile (mostly highway) drive to Gillette Stadium, where some 2026 World Cup Games will be held. Enjoy a vacation in desirable Chatham during your trip!Cape Cod style home with a large, private yard, sunny deck, outdoor shower and hammock in a quiet Chatham neighborhood.

• Great Location!
This is a great home base for your adventures in Chatham and Cape Cod. Centrally located but still quiet, private, lovely vacation spot near nice beaches, the bike path, walking areas, excellent shopping and restaurants. The house sits in a quiet area on a dead-end road to Oyster Pond, with no through traffic or public access. 3 minute walk down “The Garden Path”, a grassy path that runs from the house to the local fish market, deli, natural food store, pizza and favorite restaurants, Mac’s Seafood and Pate’s. Walk, bike or drive 1.3 miles to downtown Chatham, 1.7 miles to renowned Hardings Beach and more.

• Perfect for days at the beach.
We have everything you need: beach chairs, sand umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and cooler. Chatham has quite a variety of ocean and fresh water beaches. Renowned Hardings Beach is a short 5 min drive away. Outdoor shower and a clothes line make trips from the beach easy.

• Relax in the yard or on the deck.
Hang in the hammock to nap or read in the shade. Play games in the large, private yard, suitable for family soccer, wiffleball, bocce and croquet games that are fun for all ages. Have a meal, entertain or just relax on the deck. The deck has comfortable furniture, dining table and a large gas grill. One of our favorites is to explore “The Garden Path”, a grassy path that runs from the house toward Oyster Pond.

• Everything You Need.
Fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, grill and shed with beach paraphernalia and lawn games. There are some other helpful items in the house such as binoculars, books with local activities and history, maps and information about local activities, etc. Smart TV access to your streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, etc.

Bonnie is an amazing host! We had absolutely everything we needed for a 3 night stay and Bonnie was so quick to answer us! We loved the use of the grill on the deck. Location was also in great driving distance to everything. Definitely will plan on staying here again!! :)

This home was really cute and cozy! It was close to a lot of things. We took an uber everywhere and we usually didn’t have to wait long. We were here in early October. Bonnie is an outstanding host! She is very prompt to respond and very helpful. The nearby beaches are a must see, as is Chatham Pier! Downtown shopping is full of great shops! Everyone in the area was so very friendly!

My family and I have been coming to the cape every summer for the last 5 years. This was our first time staying in this location and we liked the ease of it. About a 5 minute drive into downtown Chatham, made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. The yard was the highlight of our 4 year olds trip- he loved playing ball with his dad and every day! Our host, Bonnie was amazing with communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again!

Great place, terrific host!

The unusual heat during our stay was a bit of a curve ball, but it only made us appreciate this very comfortable sanctuary more after staying in another place over the days before that had us sweltering much of the time. Bonnie's sweet and well-maintained home was very comfortable and appreciated by everyone. It's also well located for exploring not only around Chatham but all around the Cape. Bonnie also gets high marks for being very helpful and always accessible.Highly recommend!

Great place with a wonderful property manager

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and well-situated, with easy access to Chatham and surrounding areas. The property manager is the best we have ever worked with, always friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Cape stay!

This house was perfect - clean and fully stocked with everything our family of four needed during our stay! The deck, outdoor shower, and backyard were wonderful and the house was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and just a short drive to the beaches. We can’t wait to come back!

Adorable Chatham Cottage

This was the cutest cottage! Bonnie was a dream to work with and we were not far from town so we biked all over! Super clean and great neighborhood! Perfect family trip!

Perfect Stay in Chatham—Highly Recommend

We’ve been visiting Chatham for 20 years, and this rental was by far our best experience! The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic—just a short drive to both town and the beaches, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do.The host, Bonnie, was exceptional. Her communication was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire process stress-free.The room and bed setup were perfect—comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The yard was another highlight, with a cute and usable space for games and lounging in the sun.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chatham. We’ll definitely be back!

A great base for area activities

We enjoyed our stay and took part in the area beaches, whale watching, sea food, and shopping. Much better than going to a commercialized beach in other states. Using this house and the convenient use of available extras such as beach chairs added to the enjoyment.

Anniversary Celebration

Group of 6 (including 2 toddlers and 1 infant) celebrating parents 40th wedding anniversary. Bonnie’s cape house was just what we hoped for. Location was perfect, had all necessary amenities, and Bonnie was a wonderful host. Definitely recommend and look forward to future stays.

This place is so cute! Perfect for a family with small kids. Nice, large dining table with umbrella on the deck... we could enjoy drinks outside with full view of the kids playing badminton. The yard is HUGE with lots of space to escape to the hammock, pitch a tent, play bocce ball, etc. Inside is very clean and has a "beachy" feel. Good supply of board games & puzzles. Best feature, tho, is the outdoor shower, especially in the morning when the sun shines on that side of the house and you are surrounded by a rainbow right there in the shower. Nothing better! Will definitely return!

My mom and dad purchased this home in 1972 when Chatham was a sleepy fishing village. These days there is so much more to see and do--terrific beaches (several for young kids and families), fishing, shopping. My family has been going to Chatham for the Fourth of July festivities for over 40 years. Fun for the whole family!

Quiet neighborhood, but still close to some action. Large yard suitable for great soccer, wiffleball and croquet games. Resting in the hammock. Hanging on the deck in the warm sun, with a cool breeze and and beverage.

This house is very easy. You can be inside or outside on the deck or in the yard. Walk to the fish market. The house sits atop a little hill and there are nice cool breezes.
