Subtle nautical details are complimented by textured elements, sandy neutrals and sun-bleached wood tones. Cozy up by the electric fireplace in the matching pair of armchairs during the colder months. The spacious wooden dining table seats six, with seating for an additional four at the adjacent breakfast bar. The gleaming white kitchen remains warm and inviting thanks to under cabinet lighting and glass-fronted curio cabinets lit for display. This space is fully stocked with the essential kitchen tools you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the large walk-in pantry provides plenty of space for your groceries.

Furnished with a king size bed and wall-mounted smart TV, this room also provides direct access to the screened porch overlooking the fenced backyard. The final bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located on this level, along with an additional living space and large kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator! Just off the foyer, the lounge room contains a round kitchen table that seats four as well as a sofa and a large smart TV mounted over a second electric fireplace. The full bathroom provides a step-in shower.

Outside, a comfortable patio area under the house is situated within the fenced backyard and is furnished with a sectional and dining-height table, along with additional bench seating. Food and drink prepared in the kitchenette can be conveniently delivered directly to this area via a pass-through window with a roll up metal shutter. A gas grill is provided for your group's bar-b-que master, and the private hot tub is located in the grassy fenced backyard along with a firepit.

Above this space, you'll find a comfortable grouping of patio furniture on the screened back deck, a protected perch where you can enjoy an evening cocktail while keeping an eye on the kids playing below.
