We fell in love with Hollywood Beach because it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and vibrant energy. What we enjoy most about this neighborhood is how walkable everything is. You can enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view, take a jog or bike ride along the coast, and end the evening with sunset drinks — all without ever getting in a car.

Plus, the area is perfectly located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, so you’re close to major attractions like Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Stadium, and cultural hotspots, while still enjoying the peace of a beachfront community.
