Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 16+ guests across six themed bedrooms designed to balance gathering spaces with privacy. On the first floor, the King Triton suite features a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The nearby Siesta Suite includes a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite offers two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite includes one queen bed and one full bed along with a 50-inch smart TV. Shared gathering spaces include a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a family room with a 65-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa offer a refreshing setting for relaxed afternoons and evenings outside. Optional heating is available for both the pool and spa for an additional fee. A covered patio with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area makes it easy to spend time together outdoors, while sun loungers invite you to unwind beside the water. The private backyard provides open space to relax, and lake access nearby offers another way to enjoy time outside. Guests also have resort access to nearby facilities including a pool, gym, tennis, and volleyball.

The kitchen provides space to prepare meals at your own pace, with a dining table that brings everyone together throughout the day. Whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or gathering for a shared dinner, the layout makes it easy to cook, serve, and connect in one place.

An air-conditioned game room sets the stage for friendly competition with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, board games, life size games, and a smart TV. Additional entertainment includes a TV with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and themed rooms throughout the home. Families will also find a children’s playroom filled with books and toys, as well as an outdoor playground.

Comfort and essentials
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace help maintain comfort throughout the home. Bedroom and laundry conveniences include a washer, dryer, iron, clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. Bathroom essentials are provided, and safety features include exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace support remote work needs during longer stays.
