Located in a small and very quiet cul de sac, our beautiful villa has everything to make your Florida vacation dreams come true.

Overlooking a small peaceful lake attracting typical Florida wildlife (cranes, herons,...), the house sits only 4 miles away from Disney and the main attractions, yet within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a large supermarket (open 24/7)... all of them reachable without even crossing the main road.

On the main level, the master suite contains a king size bed, a 37' flatscreen, an en suite bathroom with twin sinks, a large walk in shower, a large corner bathtub and a walk in wardrobe. It connects directly with the pool area and provides a great view on the lake. The upper level features 3 other bedrooms - 1 king and 2 twin bedrooms (one themed after baseball with a large walk-in closet), one of them equipped with a 28' flatscreen TV (bedrooms TVs are equipped with a Google Chromecast or an Amazon FireStick). The second bathroom is also on this level.

The family room consists of 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas and is equipped with a 50' LED HDTV (many HD channels available) with a DVD player and a DirecTV subscription featuring hundreds of channels. A brand new Playstation 4 gaming system with 2 pads and a selection of games is available on demand free of charge and can be set up before check in. Broadband Internet access with WiFi service available in all rooms and at the pool is also included. A sound system with ceiling speakers is there to help you create any musical atmosphere you like during your stay by broadcasting your favorite tunes to one room specifically or the whole villa. If you visit Florida with a baby, no need to bring a stroller on the plane... we have left one for your convenience in the garage!

The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge with an ice dispenser, microwave, all appliances,...). A convenient dining table and 4 chairs vis-a-vis the TV room allow all the family to enjoy snacking together. The adjacent dining room is elegantly styled and faces a quiet second living room. The games room has a pingpong table and a foosball game.

The pool area - key feature of the villa - provides a shady lanai with chairs and tables. The screened pool itself is extra large and elegantly designed to integrate two spas (one with 3 small decorative geysers and a waterfall). Rare feature : a half bathroom can be accessed directly from the pool deck area (no need to go back inside!). In terms of security, door alarms will prevent your little ones from accessing the pool without you knowing it.

Have breakfast watching hot air balloons take off and fly over the lake... Take a quiet day off away from the attractions and let the kids play in the pool while you prepare the family dinner... After a busy day at the parks, enjoy your well-deserved cocktails watching birds fishing... Be amazed by magnificent Florida sunsets while resting in your private spa and share these magic moments with your friends and family back home thanks to your broadband Internet access...

IMPORTANT - All quotes include a $35 per night pool and spa heating fee. Should you not require the pool and spa heating during your stay, please indicate it in the comments/message section of your inquiry and the quote will be reduced accordingly. As an indication the pool and spa heating is therefore never mandatory but is recommended all year long except in the hotter months (July-August).

The area has been gaining in standing by the adjunction of many brand new restaurants, a dine-in theater, a water park (5 minutes away), etc. It remains very quiet and is perfectly located (driving distances are as follows: Animal Kingdom 7mn, Magic Kingdom 12mn, Epcot 12mn, Holywood Studios 15mn, Universal 25mn, Seaworld 15mn, Discovery Cove 15mn).
