Spacious Town Home 3 BR/3.5 BA with Mountain Views!

Come and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and the convenience of Edwards to Vail Valley! Our spacious and cozy townhome has two master bedrooms upstairs each with their own bath, king beds and mountain views. The main floor features vaulted ceilings, open family room plan, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, well-supplied kitchen, half bath, vestibule, and laundry. Enjoy the view from the deck while cooking on the gas grill. The garden level features a third bedroom with queen bed and full bath, a second family room, flat screen TV, and a mini-kitchen. Internet and internet TV provided.

We have the perfect location! Take the hiking trail and you are only 5 minutes away from all that the town of Edwards has to offer... restaurants, shopping, movies, and the bus to Avon, or Vail. You will have guest privileges (a daily guest fee may apply) at the community Homestead Fitness Club / Gym with indoor pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights and fitness classes located right behind the townhome. (Limited to two week total for guests).

For winter sports, skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing; we are located just a 5 minute drive from Arrowhead, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 minutes from Vail. In the summer, walk to the Edwards farmer's market, golf, hike, bike and enjoy the beautiful flowers and mountain air! The Riverwalk trail is open for walking along the Eagle river all year round!

The Eagle/Vail airport is only 30 minutes away. Or fly into Denver, and take the Colorado Epic Mountain Express directly to Edwards or door to door. In addition, Grand Junction is only 2 hours to the West!

We have furnished our townhome to provide comfort and convenience while enjoying all that the beautiful Rocky Mountains have to offer. We hope to hear from you soon!

Easy to ski and chill

This condo was everything we needed for our 2025 ski trip. Entryway w storage for gear, furnished kitchen, large tv and comfy furniture. Spacious bedrooms and additional lounge areas. Detailed instructions from the owner and adequate WiFi. We liked the 90s board game after libations.

Family Friendly Townhouse

This was the second time we stayed in this particular unit and were very pleased. The townhouse is well stocked which is much appreciated. Everything seemed to work with the exception of the tv on the lower floor not being connected to cable/internet. It has the benefit of access for guests to the neighborhood recreation center. We would stay here again.

Great location

This town home was perfect for our 3 couples attending a friend's wedding in the area. The hiking trails right out the back door were fabulous, everyone had enough room to spread out and it was conveniently located. I would highly recommend!

Comfortable and convenient!

Great place for a skiing vacation. Loved access to the health club- pool and hot tub were welcoming after a day of skiing. Great communication with owner. Well stocked kitchen and smart tv. No complaints.

Great rental for a family or two to three couples.

Great rental with plenty of room. It has one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever rented, which is perfect if you want to do your own cooking. The owner was responsive to all inquiries. The area is quiet and was very convenient to visiting family in Edwards. We enjoyed hiking the trails each morning that are a part of the Homestead HOA area.

Great Place!

We loved this location!! I stayed here with my boyfriend and some of our family and we had an excellent time! Toni was super quick to respond and was patient with all of my questions. The location was amazing! Close to the resort (beaver creek 10 mins max, Vail - 20). Confidently located to river walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of hiking trails close by. The house was super clean and was beautiful and we had access to the health club which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

Great Stay!

A clean, convenient and well equipped townhouse. Looked just as described in the listing. Owners and management service responsive and helpful. Kitchen has all you need for cooking full meals for a family. Has the TV and wireless needed for communication. Cell phone reception excellent! Would stay here again.

BEST EQUIPPED EVER

The location of this unit was excellent. The driving instructions were perfect. The kitchen was tricked out with everything for a multi-generational family vacation. Enough utensils, dinnerware, flatware, even placemats and enough kitchen linens. The bedrooms were well equipped with blankets, extra pillows, tissue boxes, and lighting. Cleaning supplies, paper goods, basic kitchen essentials, and the washer and dryer made certain we could be comfortable. The digital lock made entry and egress so simple. The clubhouse offered so many amenities. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. We have rented VRBO properties in six countries. This was, by far, the best one ever.

Ideal townhouse for a vacation

We were thrilled with this townhouse for our family ski vacation. Great location for Beavercreek and Vail. Close enough you don't spend much time getting to the slopes, and far enough away from the noise and ruckus of the resort crowds. The entry was great for coming in and taking off ski boots and hanging up coats, helmets, etc. Fully stocked kitchen supplies with all the utensils and spices you need to feed the family (obviously BYO groceries). We saved hundreds by cooking our own family meals vs. going out to eat each night. One of the main reasons we chose this place, was the king and queen size beds. So many places squeeze in tiny twin or bunk beds. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have king size beds, and each their own private bath. It is great for those that are 6 ft+ tall. One of the king bedrooms also has a nice desk to set up your computer and take care of those online needs each day (yep, WiFi is included at around 200Mb/s down but only a few Mb/s up). Good enough to upload those ski videos at the end of the day. The lower level bedroom has a queen bed. Plus the lower level has it's own private living area and bath. It was perfect for our more independent family member. Extra blankets are available if you really like to wrap yourself up. The washer and dryer are good size, and can do a fair amount of clothes so you don't have to pack so much in your luggage. We had one issue with the door entry code (I think it expired), but I called the host, and it was RESOLVED within 2-3 minutes. You won't get that quick of response from a hotel! (You know the story... How many times have I heard, "We'll send maintenance up in a few minutes to take a look"). I can only think of one con, and that's the location of the trash dumpster. It's a shared dumpster in a shed for several of the townhomes, so you have to carry your trash bags 25-30 yds. Not really anything the owner can do about it, but just something to be aware of. I would stay here again.

Kitchen was extremely well stocked - we had everything we could possibly need. Great location - proximity to Homestead Court Club, Arrowhead/BC, Edwards/Riverwalk etc. can't be beat. Owner was very responsive to questions. A positive experience!

Stayed for daughters wedding

Roomy Condo in Nice Neighborhood

This is a lovely condo with three levels which accommodates 3 couples wonderfully or a larger family. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is more amply stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. than any other place we've stayed. It lacked nothing. The full sized washer and dryer are convenient as well. Walking paths abound in this neighborhood among all the open spaces of the rolling hills. We wished our stay had been longer. It's a place we would gladly rent again. The only dislike the five of us had (and it's very minor) was the awkward lock box holding the only key. A keypad lock would be so much easier and convenient for easy entry and seems to be the standard anymore for rentals.

Great place in beautiful Colorado

Could not have asked for a better place. Spacious, modern, clean and in a great location. Toni was very responsive to our questions and gave us great recommendations on dining options, hiking trails, etc. if we’re back in the area, would not stay anywhere else!
