Hi James. We are sorry that the included supplies for this home felt to be lacking. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to resupply items as needed during the remainder of their stay. Food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We will work with the appropriate parties to ensure this is communicated effectively for future guests, and we hope for another opportunity to impress you in the future.
