Our cottage is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches. We are in the popular Rivera Beach neighborhood, just a few miles either way to Pier Park or 30a. We love the mix of families, retirees, seasonal neighbors and rentals here. Fins Up! was designed as a relaxing retreat close to the beach, yet far from the crowds and the elevator waits in the high rises. Excellent local restaurants and several grocery stores are just minutes away. This is our winter home, brand new to the rental market so you will find it well stocked beyond the usual beach house.

The cottage sits only 3 small blocks to the beautiful soft white sand beach and gorgeous water of the Emerald Coast. We are located right by public beach access #87. Or you can east to Sunnyside or Laguna area. It is just a 2 min cart ride down Dolphin and then a quick left on DuPree. The beach is up ahead. There is plenty of parking along DuPree or on Front Beach. There is a pedestrian crossing light there too.

If you prefer to go further, that opens your opportunities all along the west end and beyond. Laguna Beach is a short drive up Front Beach with plenty of parking by Carousel Market and Thomas Doughnuts. There are over 95 public beach accesses in PCB, room for everyone.

Everything about this luxury cottage says relax and stay awhile. From the cozy rockers on the front porch, to the garage stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, to inside the house designed with calming colors and a modern coastal vibe, to the amazing fenced back yard with a beautiful pool, comfy outdoor living room and a great dining and grilling area for all of your cookouts. Even your 4 legged family members are welcome and safe in our fenced in yard. No pets in the pool however, it really clogs the filter.

Once inside the door, you'll find a huge great room with seating for the whole group to play games or watch a movie on the 75 inch smart Roku TV with streaming available to watch your favorite show or series. Super fast WIFI allows multiple devices to stream, work, zoom school, or play a game online. We also have Xfinity cable TV to give you all the fan favorite channels and local network TV streamed through the Xfinity app.

Part of that space includes a fully stocked kitchen full of supplies to cook with. We have a coffee and tea bar area with many drink options to start your days. Gather around the massive table and share a meal. We feel strongly that vacation is the time for busy families to have the chance to eat together. It was important to us to provide enough seating to make that happen. We have a full size highchair for the smaller guests to join in too without giving up a chair.

The bedrooms provide ultimate privacy and relaxation for everyone. The very private primary bedroom is in the back of the house overlooking the beautiful pool. It is a gorgeous room filled with soothing luxurious bedding and a 55 inch TV. There are USB and power outlets on the back of the nightstands to keep you connected. Blackout shades and thick curtains provide restful sleep on the brand new hybrid mattress with both inner springs to support and memory foam to cradle you in comfort. The very private master bath has double sinks and a separate walk in shower with 2 shower heads. A total spa feel! This light filled room is your escape as you wash away your cares. There is a dedicated office space with a WIFI printer if you must work while on vacation. The 2nd bedroom is a private second primary with a brand new queen bed and a huge closet for your things. The bedside lamps function as night lights, or a power source for your electronics with their USB and USB-C ports. This room has its own private ensuite bath with a beautiful tiled shower, making it another adult sanctuary. The 3rd bedroom is a "surfer's" haven with a lofted twin bed above a cozy queen bed. Plenty of storage in the double closet for everything. Comfortable, yet spacious for adults as well as children. Bedrooms are also equipped with blinds and heavy curtains to allow everyone to sleep in. The front hall closet holds a pack and play for the tiniest guests, full size high chair, and bedding for the sofa sleeper in the living room for the last 2 guests. It has a memory foam mattress allowing for great sleep for those guests too! The 3rd full hallway bath with bathtub and shower is stocked full of fluffy towels for those guests.

Laundry is easily done in the full size washer and dryer with supplied laundry soap and dryer sheets. There’s a mop if needed and storage of beach towels and laundry baskets for you to use. The garage is full of beach supplies. Chairs, umbrella, floats, sand toys, cooler and much more. We have an infant beach highchair that folds up and makes beach snacks for babies a breeze. You will find some inflatable infant and toddler floats that our granddaughters enjoy.

Walking into the back yard and seeing the glistening pool, you will see what made us fall in love with this house. The entire area is set up for fun. Lots of swimming, grilling, eating, hanging out, movie watching, etc. Come and make some memories!
