The Amtrak station is less than 2 miles away, and there are also electric bike stations nearby, including one at The Rock shopping center by 50/50 Brewery. Whether you’re heading to the slopes, lakes, or downtown, getting around from this home is easy and convenient.

- No additional fees beyond what Airbnb quotes you, Truckee’s 10% occupancy tax and 3.25% tourism tax are already included in your rate

- Registered with the town of Truckee in compliance with local regulations

- We do not offer ski leases for the winter season

- Flat roads and a plowed driveway improve access in snowy conditions, but winter weather can still be challenging, check conditions and consider AWD/4WD or chains

- Family-owned and loved, we use the home regularly and take pride in keeping it well maintained.
