South-facing, the apartment offers generous natural light and breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, as well as the picturesque islands of Saba and St. Eustatius. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds for optimum comfort, while the spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The master bedroom and living room are both equipped with large Smart TV screens, ideal for movie nights or staying connected to your favorite streaming services.

- The cleaning fee corresponds to the preparation of the accommodation for the stay booked as well as the household linen provided, you must leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
-Please do not move any furniture in the accommodation!
to leave it as you found it.
-The price depends on the number of occupants (children are considered full occupants). A supplement is applied for more than 4 occupants.
This supplement is per person / night to reach a maximum capacity of 7 people.

We will therefore provide bedding and household linen according to the actual occupancy indicated at the time of booking and the information you give us.
You will also have ( 1 shower towel/ 1 fouta for the beach ) / pers .
Depending on the number of guests, you will have access to :

- The master bedroom ( 200x200 king size ) and en-suite bathroom for 2 people .

- the 2 nd bedroom ( 200x200 king size ) with en-suite bathroom for 4 people .

- With a supplement we can prepare the single bed ( 100x190, twin convertible ) the sofa of the 2nd bedroom is convertible into 1 place bed ( if 5 th person ) .

- Only if you are 6 or 7 people, we can also prepare the sofa (convertible into a 2-seater bed) in the living room (140x140, full) for the 6th & 7th person.

We will check the number of occupants, the janitor is on site and we also need the names and surnames of all occupants when booking to organize your arrival, we will give them to security to allow you access to the complex, you have 3 pools and a beach (I will give you the access code to the door to go down to the beach by a spiral staircase).

CHECK IN & OUT times are strict.
Luggage cannot be dropped off either before or after check-in. We advise you to book the night before or after, for a CHECK IN/ OUT ... EARLIER/LATE.
The janitor will come immediately to check and prepare the accommodation for the following guests.

In low season: If you wish to check in earlier and OUR CALENDAR allows it, you must ask us 48 hours beforehand at the latest. If it's possible, there's a supplement (which we'll let you know about) for the janitor, who will make herself available for your arrival.
