Casa de la Rana! Spacious 6-bedroom Beach Front house in Nuevo Mazatlán

Stay comfortably in sunny Mazatlan. This beautiful, Spanish style, oceanfront home has amazing views, an infinity pool, heated Jacuzzi, PURIFIED water, barbecue area and a yard! Located in New Mazatlán, north of the main city and close to the Surf’s Up café. It is a quiet area with an uncrowded, nice, sandy beach. The main Malecon is about a 20+ minute drive, however, this house features it’s own mini Malecon on the beach. Internet & Entertainment – The WIFI is 2.4 & 5 Ghz, user names – Casa de la Rana (main) & Casa El Delfin (extended), same PW. The Living room has a 70” 8K HD TV with a special streaming TV box that gets over 2,000 channels. There are over 150 DVDs and over 150 books, plus other games. The game room has a 50” TV connected to the WIFI. Rooms – The first floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area and a half bathroom. The living room has three large couches and one is a Queen size hide-a-bed. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and a work desk with a monitor and printer. Bedroom #1 is off from the kitchen, it sleeps 2 on a Queen size bed and it also has access from the outside. The full bathroom can be made private or shared with the house. The outer bedroom has a full bathroom and only has access from the outside, it sleeps 2 on an USA queen size bed. On the second floor there is a nice Master bedroom with a great view. It sleeps 2+ on a king size bed, has a large walk-in closet with a security safe, a massage table, a His and Hers double bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Bedroom #2 has a full bathroom, it sleeps 2 on a Queen size bed. The game room doesn’t have a bathroom, but can sleep 2 on a Queen size hide-a-bed. On the third floor is bedroom #3 has a full bathroom, it sleeps 2 on a Queen size bed. It also has a work desk with a great view. There is also a large roof terrace on the 3rd floor. There is another small room with a bathroom by the garage, it is for a live-in maid, but may be available for guests.
Water – Trucks are used to deliver water to a 40,000 liter tank under the driveway. Please be conservative with the water! The faucet at the pump house is not filtered, it is used for watering and washing things. The rest of the water for the complex is filtered to 5 micron, then carbon filtered, then passes through a UV purifier light to make it safe for drinking! The chilled water and ice at the refrigerator are extra purified and filtered to 1 micron. The hot water tank is located on the 3rd floor, so it might take a little while to reach some of the restrooms. However, there is secondary 22L hot water tank for the main kitchen sink, it also feeds the dishwasher.
Safety – Be careful around the pool and Jacuzzi area, children must always be supervised and should only stay in the shallow (1m) area of the pool. Jumping into the pool is OK, but diving is prohibited because the deeper part is only 1.6 meters deep. DO NOT enter the infinity overflow part of the pool. Be cautious of the steps around the house, the stairways and don’t lean over the balconies. On the beach or roadway, be weary of wild dogs in the area and please don’t feed them. Security –The main gate should be closed during the night and be sure to keep the beach gate locked when not in use. There is tall glass, walls and spikes around the premises and some cameras and motion detectors outside.
Other – Smoking is only allowed outside the house. There is a separate garage with a one-bedroom apartment above it, both of which are only for the owners use. If we are at the apartment and guests are renting the house, they will have exclusive use of the pool area, unless we are invited or maintenance is required.
Garbage must be bagged and can be placed in the large garbage cans.
If you need a tool, tape or something else – just ask.
The house is on a septic system, only toilet paper can be flushed, everything else must go in the garbage, including ‘not so’ flushable wipes.
The internet and WIFI equipment has UPS battery backup power, to ride through power glitches and short outages. The entire house is protected from power spikes and surges. If a power outage occurs, the main gate can be unlocked and opened manually. Up to 3 extra guests and one pet is allowed.
