Historic Hepler House, Downtown High Point

Our Historic Hepler Home is walking distance to Furniture Market (0.5 miles), High Point Medical Center (0.7 miles), High Point University (1 mile), & the Children`s Museum (0.1 mile).

Our home is a beautifully decorated, renovated historic home that is furnished w/ modern, new furnishings. Hard wood floors throughout and many historical touches that you can`t find in new builds. Our home is perfect to host small gatherings of family or business.

We love our home and know that you will too.

Our home has a spacious living room at the front entrance that leads to the home office on the right. Off the office you can enter our screened in porch to the right, or go left to our playroom, 1/2 bath, and leads to our laundry room and kitchen.

Our kitchen has a sitting area in our kitchen that leads to a more formal dining area and then back to the front living room.

Our unique split stair case leads to all three of our bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. (As of 8/8/25, one full bathroom is being added in primary bedroom upstairs. Giving the home a total of 2.5 bathrooms.)

We have a screened in porch off of our office that is a great place to relax with a drink of choice.

Our back patio is also a wonderful space to entertain with padded couches, gas firepit, and a propane grill.

You will have access to our entire home during your stay except for our detached garage. We have an electric door lock on our back door that will give you a unique code for your stay.

Our Property Manager and nearby neighbor, Garet Beane is our Property Manager. You will be able to contact him 24/7 through this app or through phone/text.

We are in a very sought after area centrally located between High Point University, High Point Furniture Market, and High Point Medical Center.

We are a quick 25 minute drive to PTI Airport (15 miles), 81 minute drive to Charlotte Airport (80 miles), or a 0.75 mile walk to the High Point Train station. We are also on the shuttle route to High Point Furniture Market.

We offer FREE TICKETS to the new High Point Children`s Museum to all kids staying at our home (11 years old or younger)!
