Welcome to The Fantasy Villa at Windsor Island Resort! This newly furnished 8BR/6BA home sleeps up to 19 guests and is just steps from the clubhouse and soccer field. Enjoy themed rooms—Mickey Mouse, Moana, and Jurassic Park—plus a Star Wars loft with a foosball table, pool table, and Xbox. Smart TVs throughout, a two-car garage, and top-tier amenities make this the perfect family getaway. Experience luxury, fun, and unbeatable location all in one!
You will feel immediately relaxed as you enter our 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom executive home which sleeps up to 19 in style. With 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 full, 3 twin and double twin bunk beds.
There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just stay to relax and enjoy the amenities. All beds equipped with memory foam mattresses; Almost Every room has a different feel with a flat screen LED TV for watching TV or hookup to HDMI (cable ready) to your personal computer games. The open space living and dining room area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together. You can also entertain, congregate, play pool, foosball, while also enjoying our X-box games.
Last but not least, You can go cool down in the large pool or just relax in the spa. You can also BBQ and dine at the pool patio's dining table and relax afterwards on large sofa set.

We implemented several important updates to community access that go into effect immediately:
🔑 Gate Codes Deactivated – Proxy Cards Required
All gate codes have been permanently disabled across all phases.
Entry now requires a proxy card for homeowners, long-term renters, and short-term guests.
Guests must check in at a manned gate with a valid booking confirmation (with rental address and dates) and photo ID/passport.
🚘 New Vehicle Policy – Effective August 1, 2025
Vehicle limits will be based on bedroom count:
4–5 BR: max 3 vehicles
6–7 BR: max 4 vehicles
8–9 BR: max 5 vehicles
Vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry and must find off-site parking.
Homeowners will be emailed their specific limits.
🎫 Proxy Cards & Visitor Passes
Homeowners receive 2 free proxy cards; extras available for $10.
Long-term renters must register at the clubhouse with their lease to purchase cards.
Visitors must be registered with the HOA and will receive a blue parking pass (valid up to 3 days).
Short-term guest visitors may receive 1-day passes (max 2 vehicles/day).
🛠 Vendor Access
Vendors must enter through manned gates only.
Join the Vendor ID program, register via Jotform, and purchase a $10 annual proxy card.
One-time vendors will receive a temporary pass on arrival.
🛡 Ongoing Guard & Rover Commitment
These updates aim to enhance guard and rover presence , eliminate outdated codes, and streamline traffic.
Gates at Tripoli Ct., Lima Ave., and Sydney Ave. will remain staffed 24/7.
All entrants (guests, rideshares, deliveries) must stop at the guardhouse with proper documentation.
