9 bedroom House with Pool/SPA in Resort with Fancy Facilities'!

This huge 9 bedroom home is located in the Windsor at Westside upscale resort community - A perfect destination for DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. It features 4369 sq. ft. living space and is luxuriously furnished with top line furniture,large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all provided. This beautiful villa is close to the luxury clubhouse.

There are three master suites (two on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor). There are 4 king beds (1 on the first floor in 1 bedroom, 3 on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). 2 queen bed (on 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms), 2 bunk beds with 2 fulls 2 twins (on the 1st floor in 1 bedroom), and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 3 bedrooms). Twin beds provide flexible combination for your need (two twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed). Plus, two folding beds. It sleeps 24 people in total! New wooden floor has been installed throughout the house.

The Kitchen has equipped with granite count tops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a 4 seating pull up bar in the kitchen beside the 10-seating dining table, 4 seating breakfast table, and 8 seating patio table.
A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling pool and SPA. The pool faces south east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available. BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

Also provided are strollers, highchairs & Pac ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air-conditioned game room has pool table and a full-size ping pong table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit. A drink/wine cooler is available in the game room area for convenience of gamers and jet lag walkers.
The home is also equipped with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long-distance calls with US and Canada. The super energy efficient design ensures your total comfort no matter how warm the Florida sunshine becomes.

You're close to all the attractions too. Disney is 15 mins away; shops are 5 minutes away. Universal is 30 minutes, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, Lego-Land is 45 minutes, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 minutes away.

This stunning vacation rental resort community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills Resort and Windsor Palms Resort, AND more! Nice house

Plenty of space and stores within 10 minutes. The floors were a bit dusty when we arrived but for the most part a good spot.

Our stay was great everyone enjoyed the house and the kids loved the pool area. The house was huge and the kitchen fully stocked with all pots and pans u need for cooking. Property was great and club house in walking distance. Would love to stay again for next vacation.

We had the absolute best stay at this property this last week. Our group of 19 had plenty of options for sleeping, bathroom choices, space in the kitchen, laundry options, and the pool/chairs outside were perfect for our group. Everything from the initial inquiry, to booking, to our stay was great!

Great stay!

This home was great for our extended family vacation. Lots of space and kids loved the pool! The home is within walking distance of the community waterpark and no big roads to cross. Probably 20 houses away. Owners were great to work with. Disney about 20 mins away so made it super nice and easy.

Great home for your vacation

This was a great vacation home. Our family of 11. Had plenty of space to relax. Three upstairs layout was absolutely perfect. 6 bedrooms with 4 well equipped bathrooms. The two living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) were great as it allowed the family to partake in multiple activities. The backyard and pool was great. Make sure to pay tp heat the pool. We definitely recommend this place

Very Nice House

I was shocked at how nice the house was compared to the reviews that were left about how dirty it was prior to our stay. I was not dirty at all. Does it look like a rental? Yes, but nothing that I would have ever said no to. There were 18 of us in our family and the adults all felt very comfortable staying there with their children. Loved the pool and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances that were needed. If you expect to stay for a week please understand you will need paper products such as toliet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent etc.. There was some there but I would never expect the homeowner to pay for our families use. The host was very responsive but the property manager never to this day has called me back. I left several messages for them to call me back before we arrived due to my concern of previous reviews. I wanted to make sure the house was clean. It was very close to Disney and we love the bedroom setups for each of our children and their children to be together with the jack and jill bathrooms. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful Family Trip - Great accommodations!

We had a large family group traveling to Florida and this property was perfect. Located within 20 minutes of Disney and 30 minutes of Universal. House has great bedroom layouts, including cribs, playpens and the bathrooms are all updated. We couldn't have asked for better. The owners were very responsive to any questions, and the Management Group on site were friendly and accessible also. I would (and have) recommended this home to others. Thanks Ann and Gary!

Spring break with family

To start off, when I was doing a check of the house when we first arrived in the bedroom that I had the bathroom had the toilet set sealed as though it had been cleaned but when I removed it there was urine stain on toilet set and underneath the toilet. It was obvious it had not been clean for a minute. Very disappointed with that but I did bring Lysol wipes and spray so I quickly took care of that. Another thing was the walls were dirty and needed to be cleaned. I also would suggest that the owners invest in a new mop and mop bucket and a new broom. In my opinion this place was more clean when we left than it was when we arrived. The house is big and spacious and my family had enough room.

3 Generation Family Vacation

We took 23 family members including kids and grandkids. The house was located close to shops and restaurants, also not far from Disney parks. Plenty of room for everyone, especially bathrooms. The game room was nice to have but the pool is where we spent most of our time at the house. The house is in a gated community with a great pool. We had access to a washer and dryer, bbq grill, and full kitchen. The dining area was perfect for large groups. Would stay here again.

Great Family Getaway House

I have a large family, 6 adult children with 6 SO’s, 11 grandkids ages 4 months to 17. This house was big enough for us all. The pool and hot tub were nice. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to cook and dine. There’s a nice club house in the neighborhood that’s close by. Had no issues, so didn’t have much communication with the owners; however, they responded quickly when I did contact them.

Great location near Disney

All was good except the spa and pool was not heated...they had to do repairs..i was refunded the amount for heating the pool and spa. However the resort spa was open until 6pm. I would ask the resort to stay open until 9 because everyone goes out all day and then wants to enjoy the resort options..the house had everything needed for my CLAN. Thank you

Needs some updates

Fridge would not stay cold, ice maker had mold in it , had to use a clothes hanger to open dryer ,carpet needed cleaning,electric breaker kept cutting electric off in-house, towels were old and dingy, walls needed paint touch up , its a beautiful house but it’s time for updates in the inside

Overall very nice.

Only negative thing was we had to burn incents to kill the bad smell in the home once we arrive also bad communication with who ever I spoke to about a missing cable box in one of the rooms. I called twice and e-mail once and spoke to someone about the missing cable box. They said they will call me back and never did. One family member didn’t have cable in their room other than that I would definitely go back.

Perfect home for our family of 18.

We rented this beautiful home for our family vacation to Disney. We had 8 adults and 10 children ages 15 - 2. The layout of the home was perfect. We never felt crowded or tight on space. The home is located a block from the club house and community pool. The house was spotless when we arrived. Plenty of sleeping space and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots & pans. It would have been nice to have a few more large mixing/ serving dishes for kitchen but we got by with the 2 that were there. We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated and it was so worth it. The kids loved the pool at the house rather then the very nice community one. Us adults loved our nightly hot tub time after a day at the Disney Parks. This was a Christmas gift to family that was in the planning for a year. We had so much fun and made such great memories. Having a wonderful place to stay without any issues made it all the more perfect. Thank you Ann & Gary for sharing your home with us and having it be such a positive experience for our family!!

Terrible experience

In our opinion, this rental was terrible, was dirty and in disrepair - faucets falling off the hinges, carpet stained throughout, dirt all over banisters, etc. Pool and spa were cold, even after paying an additional large fee to have it heated for the week. On the second day, after returning from the day out, it appeared someone entered the house, left a door open, and took some food. The front window latch was broken and did not lock, so it could be opened easily from the outside. We called the Sheriff and they took an incident report. At that point we had enough and left the property after 2 days into our week long stay as we did not feel safe with our young children in this property. Management and owner had no sympathy and refused to refund any part of our payment. Worst rental experience we have ever had.

I hesitate to write this but I think it needs said. Cleanliness: there was trash from previous guests under the beds and in the bottom of the trash bins and bed sheets were dirty Washer/dryer: washer didn’t rinse well; dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of t shirts Pool/Spa: I paid for heat but the pool was cold the entire time; the rule of not turning on the spa until after 9 was not posted and it ran cold the majority of the time. This was reported to the owners directly but no accommodations were made. Property manager: pretty sure one doesn’t exist; the owner showed up long enough to tell us not to turn on the spa jets. I called the property manager but am still waiting on a call back. Location: good location Resort: misleading - sufficient to hold about 4 people in the “game room” Check in was simple Ice maker was dirty Game room: air hockey table wires were hanging below and it did not work; pool table pockets have holes in several Size/Rooms: perfect for our group

Spacious home but could use some TLC

I will begin with telling you what I liked about my stay. This house is very spacious and compared to others of the same size, it is priced well. The kitchen contained a lot of dishes, glasses and cooking items. The pool safety gate was a blessing as was the abundance of outdoor tables and furniture. The clubhouse is phenomenal. It was just a five minute walk from the house. Great pool, waterpark, lazy river, concessions and store. They also had kids activities. Now for the not so great. While this place was "surface clean" except for the floors, this house needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards were filthy, most walls had smudges, gouges or scrapes. The couches downstairs were terribly dingy. We had an issue with a bed that was broken. The property manager was very quick to respond and it was fixed within a day. We found, rather our toddlers found, cigarette butts on the patio. Two of the beds had to be stripped and all bedding rewashed because they were not clean. Also, the pillows are terrible, bring your own if you can. There were several places in the home that we found trash and food - under nightstands. The oven was filthy and stove not much better. We were also given conflicting information on how to handle the trash. The home was not ready at check in time. Our entry was delayed by more than an hour and door code given was wrong. Pool only heated 12 hours if you pay. It never got warm enough to use. No hand towels, dish soap or coffee filters. Bring everything!

50th Anniversary Special Family Trip

We booked this property because of the size of our group. (21) Accommodations worked well for our family! We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. I agree with many of the other people who stayed here that its a great property - but needs a little more TLC & upkeep. The issues we had were the pool /spa heater going out on our 2nd day (unable to use it the rest of our stay)which was very disappointing since those were a "must" when we chose a rental. Thankfully there was the resort area -which was very nice. Also, the glass on the front of the stove fell off & shattered. That was never repaired during our stay- even though the management worker said it would be a quick fix. It would also be nice to have clearer communication about provisions. Didn't realize only 2 dish washing tablets & 2 trash bags would be all that was provided, which is fine - but it would be nice to know up front so you could bring a few basics along. S & P etc. I believe we will be reimbursed for most of our pool heating costs - so that seems fair. All in all I would say we had a great vacation and made the best of the situation. Also I would suggest getting some more forks - 6 forks for a place that sleeps 24 is not quite adequate!

Poor experience

This house looked great from the outside. However the inside was total different. After asking for a week if I could get early check in due to an early flight I arrived at the property at 1130 on the 10th of July. The cleaning people were having a pool party at the house. About 1230 I received an email stating that we could not do early check in. So at 4 pm when we could get in the house there were lots of issues. The air conditioning was acting up, the oven glass was duct taped to the stove and kept falling off, the house was not clean. For the week they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 15 towels. The pool people were suppose to clean the pool on Monday however they didn't come until Thursday. The pool filter stopped working and they didn't send anyone out for a day. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The sheets in some of the rooms stunk and were dirty. The back door won't lock. The dryer took 3 hours to dry 9 towels.

The minute we walked in we felted uncomfortable the house was not clean, floors filthy and sticky, carpet is DISGUSTING you can tell it’s been like that for years, all the walls around the house are filthy dirty, the bedroom sheets and covers were not cleaned, one of the game tables have loose wires hanging and it doesn’t work. Grill outside is filthy dirty and all the patio furniture. Couch in the living room is filthy and stinks like dog ( they have fleas really bad they were in the refrigerator and we woke up to fleas in our donut box). needless to say after we walked Thur the house my family and I decided we didn’t feel comfortable here so I called the property management and told him about all the problems, he said that he cleaned the whole house the day before but couldn’t get anybody out to clean the carpet before we came but that was clearly a lie. I could get the host to ever call me she kept emailing me. No one ever came out and we did not get any sort of refund. Ann and the property manager are slumlords and VRBO is absolutely no help. Stay far alway from this place
