1006 Navarre Towers ~ Beyond Spectacular! We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have contactless check in and check out procedures in place. We care about your health and safety and just want you to sit back and enjoy your beach time!

Unit 1006 is on the 10th floor of Navarre Towers and has spectacular views! Tropical decor, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen ~ come and enjoy all we have to offer!! We sit right on the beach and have lots of beach frontage. The weather in Navarre is beautiful every season ~ come join us! Relax, Relax, Relax - that's our motto while on Navarre Beach ~ our favorite thing to do is NOTHING! Sit back and enjoy the sun, the sand and the surf! We have high def, flat screen TV's in every room. We have created a fun, relaxed environment for you both indoors and out!! From our Gulf front balcony you will have beautiful views of emerald blue water, pristine white sand and lots of marine life! Spectacular views from master bed and a table for your morning coffee right there to enjoy it!

WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER 2 BEDROOM AND A 3 BEDROOM UNIT AT NAVARRE TOWERS - SO BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY!

Our weeks run Sat. to Sat. You may reserve for less than a week at certain times but check in or check out must be on Saturday. (Occasionally we make an exception, so it never hurts to ask). There is a refundable $250.00 damage deposit required with Rental Agreement which is separate from your vrbo reservation. It is a No Smoking, No Pet condo. We have created everything you need to come and enjoy island living at its best! We have a beautifully updated condo and it has spectacular views of the Gulf from the romantic master bedroom and the tropical, fun living area! Ceramic tile throughout, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, full sized laundry room, 2 king sized beds and a twin bed, ample closet space - that's just a little of what is found in unit 1006. Navarre Towers is a wonderful gated complex with lighted tennis court, basketball court and shuffleboard. Also located near the pool area is our fitness center. This is a great place to spend your vacation. The bedding arrangement makes this the perfect place for 2 families to share!

Navarre Beach is one of Florida's most beautiful beaches - and still one of its best kept secrets! It's pristine white sand and emerald blue water is a 10+! ONE BIG DIFFERENCE between us, other beaches, even other complexes on Navarre Beach - Peace & Quiet! We enjoy privacy along with all of the tropical beauty of our island!!! The Sound is beautiful and the boaters, fishermen, water lovers enjoy it during every season.

We have given great attention to the details throughout the unit -ample linens, dishes, accessories. The living space boasts nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, and wall to wall windows for spectacular views. The dining area easily accommodates our guests and the furnishings throughout are both comfortable and tropical. The unit has 3 TV's, DVD player, etc. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space with allows the condo to comfortably sleep seven. Our balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or living space and is a great place to watch the dolphin, surfers and romantic sunsets. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am Central Standard Time. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available right in front of the complex. We have a walking, bike path that runs the entire length of the island. The State Park is on the east end of the island (within walking distance) and we are guarded on the west by the National Seashore. Fishing, dining, golfing, shopping or just beach walking... what more could you want for the perfect vacation spot?
