Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The king master suite features its own private bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct access to the pool area. A second bedroom offers a king bed. The themed bedroom - designed with younger guests in mind - has two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen bed. Every bedroom includes a TV and ceiling fan.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for a group. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics and barbecue utensils pair with the outdoor BBQ grill when you'd rather eat al fresco. The dining table brings everyone together, and breakfast is included to get your mornings off to a smooth start.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centres around an inground pool, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a dedicated dining area rounding out the space. The BBQ grill makes outdoor meals an easy option. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Bikes are on hand for getting around, and lake access is available via a nearby path - a quieter contrast to the theme park energy nearby.

Game room & entertainment
The converted garage is now a full game room, complete with arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and exercise equipment. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late evening wind-down, there's no shortage of ways to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property.

Family-friendly features
Families are well catered for throughout the home. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, board games, and life size games are all available. An indoor children's playroom and outdoor playground give younger guests dedicated spaces to play, and the themed bedroom adds an extra layer of excitement for the kids.

Comfort & practicalities
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are all on hand. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, bidet, and cleaning products. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place.

Getting around & logistics
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly and guests have access to nearby resort facilities. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost, and long-term stays are welcome.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
