HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 10 wristbands.
- 4 adult bikes provided
- Minutes from Beach Club/beach access
- Parking for 3 cars (one covered; two tandem spaces)
- Granite counter tops throughout

- Large front screened porch plus large sitting porch upstairs
- Complete Clean Linen Participant - ALL linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This home is wrapped in both screened and open porches, making the entrance extremely welcoming. The first floor of this home boasts a spacious open floor plan. The coastal decorated living room opens up to the dining room that includes a large family table. Through the kitchen you will find a charming outdoor area with a grill and two car ports.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor. This suite includes a plush king bed, massive closet and a beautiful ensuite bathroom.

Just upstairs you will find the three convenient guest bedrooms. The first king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and tree top views. Across the hall you will find an additional king suite with an ensuite bathroom and views overlooking the awesome second floor porch. The final bedroom on this floor includes two twin over twin bunk beds and an ensuite, perfect for extra guests or kids!

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We had my bachelorette trip here, this Vrbo was amazing the pictures don’t do it justice! The location was amazing, walking distance to the club house and beach, overall amazing! Would come back!

Annual Family stay

We loved staying at the Mint Julep! The space was clean, wonderfully appointed, and plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children to spread out and relax. The location was perfect, walkable to the Beach club, and 10 min bike ride to the Camp Watercolor. We will be staying here again in the future!

Easy weekend - great location

Mom & teen girls annual memorial day trip. House is beautiful and perfect. Location is a quick, less than 5 minute walk to beach club, beach access, and other shops. Preordered groceries through 360Blue and they were put away inside before we even arrived. Beds are super comfortable and layout of house is great. Girls loved the bikes and riding around Watercolor and Seaside.

Fabulous Four Night Stay

Beautiful house in a beautiful part of Florida. We enjoyed the beaches and shops. Our nieces wedding was fabulous ending with a super reception at the Lake House. Food and staff deserve an acknowledgment, great food and service was excellent! I can certainly understand why my brother and sister in law have been coming back since 2001. Thank you guys for a great 4 days!

quiet and relaxing

Great location, central to all watercolor amenities. The property had some wear and tear from renters.... paint worn and hinges loose on cabinets, cushions mildewed outside - as expected w/ rental. Overall very pleased w/ property! We would stay here again!

Beautiful home for our family New Year's trip

The agency we rented from was outstanding. I cannot say enough about 360 Blue leaving welcoming gifts, insuring we had the right amenities but checking on us before, during and afterwards. The home was close enough for us to walk to all the places on our list. It was large enough to be together or find places to take a break from all the others. Beautiful home and wonderful experience.

Family vacay

This house is a great location. It is priced well because it hasn’t been updated from original design except some paint. Love the layout. Master down. Great for families. The master bedroom bed is not very comfortable and unusually high. So for anyone older it will not work. Bed also slants to the outside. Everything else is good.

October 2021 Stay

We stay in Watercolor a few times a year and this was the worst experience we have had. The house has a lot of issues form flooring that is warped so bad in the kitchen it can cause a trip and fall, something was left in the back of the oven that caused a small oven fire, the door code had to be changed multiple times, and the outdoor furniture had mold and old food on it. This house will not be on our list for future stays.

Watercolor never disappoints! Mint Julep was a good house for a much needed getaway with plenty of space to spread out and a perfect location for all that Watercolor has to offer! Overall, a positive experience. However, there were a few things that did not meet expectations. While the house itself was just right for our trip, it is in need of some deep cleaning and perhaps some refreshing. Granted, a house in the rental pool takes a beating and we were there after what likely was a very busy summer but much of the furniture in the living area and on both porches needed attention. The grill was not usable in its current state. Finally, the bikes that were availble to us definitely had seen better days! None of this was enough to mar the experience but probably deserves attention to live up to the Watercolor standard.

Vacation with some family. Great location! I agree with other review. Bed is really high. Would take that into consideration when renting again. Comfortable living room and patio. Upstairs comfy too. Could use a deep cleaning. Overall would recommend.

House has a great layout. It needs to have a deep clean. It was dirty and the sofas were stained. The master shower had mildew all in it. The cushions on the porch were mildewed as well. The cable needs to be updated to High def. Hope this will be addressed for the next guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Mint Julep. All of the rooms were comfortable and floor plan was perfect for kids to run around. The porches on both floors were all great. This house was perfect for walking to Seaside and Watercolor inn and shops. We loved our vacation!

We had an absolutely fabulous week. And since we had been switched over from VRBO to 360 Blue I was VERY skeptical and SO wonderfully surprised. We had zero issues. The biggest concern we encountered was with young people riding bikes in the dark with no lights and carrying speakers playing very loud and vulgar music. Watercolor is going to have to address this issue!

We very much enjoyed our vacation and our stay at 378 Western Lake. The house was very well laid out and very comfortable. Watercolor was very quiet at the end of August -- a good thing -- as most school-age children were back in school. We, our children, and our young grandchildren mostly had the pools to ourselves. A few minor criticisms--there were cobwebs in the chandelier over the dining room table, and there were no potholders. Our daughter-in-law burned her fingers. Lastly, while our rental rate was slightly reduced from peak season, when we saw how deserted Watercolor was, we felt the rate should have better reflected the minimal demand. We felt a bit taken.
