The Watermark is one of the most luxurious buildings in Waikiki! Located near the main Waikiki strip at 1551 Ala Wai Blvd. in one of the most convenient areas of Oahu. Featuring a full kitchen ready to for you to cook, and amazing views of Waikiki from 23 floors up! Relax in this tastefully decorated condo with all new furnishings, and everything you need to call this your home away from home. You will quickly realize this is the perfect location, in the middle of all the action Waikiki has to offer. From your condo, virtually anywhere in Waikiki is just a short walk away to beaches, restaurants, Ala Moana Shopping Center and much more!!

This luxury condo has central air conditioning and you can individually control the temperature in the main living spaces. There is a walk-in shower and bathtub in the ensuite master bathroom. There is also a gym, and BBQ grill that guests can use.

The Resort amenities and concierge-level service from The Watermark staff is so profound you will never want to leave!

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

A very satisfying vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Watermark since 2012 because it is well kept, is in a great location and is overall a well run condo. Our stay this past year in Apt. 2302 was very pleasing. The unit was very clean and brightly lit. The only flaw was the 2 sofas in the living room that open into,beds. They were quite uncomfortable to sit on but everything else including the beds were just fine. We would be happy to stay in this unit again. In fact we did inquire about renting it again for 2024 but it was already rented for the time we would have wanted. This was our second year renting with Ali and found your company to be completely professional and easy to deal with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful four-week stay in this unit. I worked online in a beautiful setting, stepped out regularly for in-person office meetings with local collaborators, and made the most of everything Oahu has to offer — hiking, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding in my free time.The building is impeccably maintained, with beautiful common areas, constant security monitoring, and an entrance and lobby that make a stunning first impression — it truly feels like a luxury resort. The friendly staff is available 24/7, and countless thoughtful touches make it a comfortable home for both long-term residents and short-term guests.The unit offers gorgeous ocean and city views from every room, and the hardwood floors add a luxurious feel. It’s beautifully furnished with high-quality pieces and generous storage throughout the closets, shelves, and cabinets. Soundproofing is excellent — I never heard the neighbors — and the internet was consistently fast and reliable. The A/C runs silently and efficiently, the kitchen features top-brand Viking appliances, and the spacious bathrooms are finished with premium materials.The only minor suggestions I have: add a desk and task chair in one of the bedrooms for a home office, upgrade to a larger premium-brand washer-and-dryer pair, and provide a cordless vacuum.Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I look forward to the chance to return.
