Casa da Nêspera a south-facing 2 bed and one bathroom with private pool that overlooks ancient olive and carob trees.

There is fast access to the national roads or the highway to visit one of the beautiful villages or cities Portugal has to offer. Fuseta beach or the ferries to Ilha de Farol and Armona is a 15 minute drive from Casa Nova Safra.

This newly built (2017) villa with open sunny living room and impressively high ceilings and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The fully-fitted open kitchen has an electric hot air oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

The open living with airconditioning and a wood stove for the colder months, tv, games and books.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds with possibility to place a baby bed on request. Linens are included.

The bathroom has walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Towels are included.

In addition to the climate control air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, there is also a centrally located wood burning stove, facilitating a comfortable holiday environment all year round.

Outside a private terrace under a large carob tree with a hammock and lounge seating. Just a few steps from your private pool with sun beds for your exclusive use offering a retreat from the heat of the sun.

To enjoy outdoor dining, there is closer to the house, a round dining table with gas barbecue. This all nestled amid the surrounding olive and carob trees.

Moncarapacho, 3 km south from us is proud of its church of Santo Cristo, with a beautiful doorway and painted arches.

In the region, the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa is considered the most important sanctuary of wildlife in the Algarve. Its lagoons, marshes, channels and islets are abundant in shellfish such as cockles, clams and oysters and shelter, amongst other species, a variety of birds such as the cattle egret, the white stork, the purple gallinule, the red-crested pochard, etc. This natural reserve stretches along 60 kilometres (40 miles) and its rich ecosystem is ideal for the development of varied fauna and flora.

The Algarve offers an ideal year round climate as recommended by the World Health Organisation. It contains some beautiful coastal scenery and inland forests and trails. There are many blue flag beaches as well as various golf courses and recreational activities to enjoy such as tennis, scuba diving and hiking. The cities of Tavira, Faro, Loule offer an excellent shopping and cultural experience and the theme parks and water parks make it an ideal family destination.

Things you need to know:

* You may walk freely on our property, please feel free to pick and enjoy the nesperas in May/June, the grapes in July, the figs in August, our the almonds starting from September.

* We have amazing friendly dogs walking freely on our property Casa Nova Safra.
'Lilli' is our 9 year old Portuguese shepherd dog (Barbado da Teceira). Also 'Lu' our daughters 3 year old Cane Corso. They may look maybe sad or dangerous, because they sometimes bark, but are certainly not. You may always play with them, but please do NOT feed them. They are allergic to gluten.

* Smoking is forbidden inside our villas, please be aware of the risk of the fire in Portugal, do not discard cigarettes on the ground.

* The pool is not heated, but available from April 1st till Oktober 31st.

*We have beach towels, highchair, baby bed including bedding , baby bath, and a baby monitor available on request.

* If your stay with us is longer than 8 days, we will come and refresh your bed linnen & towels during your stay.
