In Algarve Portugal, 6 miles from FARO airport, and beaches, located in the village of Estoi, in the historic area, (Roman Ruins), close access to A22, village supermarkets and local restaurants 5 min walking, Aqua Show, Golf, Karting; Nightclubs, boat trips, beaches, 15 min by car.
Important information - Check-in and Check-out is only accepted in weekends ( Friday / Saturday / Sunday ) , because of house and pool cleanings.

Lovely Villa with great home feeling

Been to Mario and Maria's lovely Villa for a week, we are family of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 little children (3 years old girl and 8months) . Loved the Villa, and Very nice of Mario and Maris. Loved the little town Estoi, it very close to all bigger city by Car. Loved the little restaurant near by, the main course is only 7 euro. Perfect holiday.

Excelentes ferias

Propriedade muito boa, proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre com 1 palavra amiga e preocupados com o nosso bem estar, obrigado sr Mário e esposa pelas excelentes férias que tivemos, as nossas filhas adoraram. Magnifica piscina, tudo o que era necessário na casa, voltaremos de certeza.

++ : Piscine sécurisée pour enfants et localisation (10km de la plage). -- : Présence des propriétaires sur le terrain (mobile home) (Le portail n étant pas systématiquement fermé à clefs par ceux ci (ceux qui ont des enfants en bas age comprendront)), un chien est présent sur le terrain (attaché), Matelas d une des chambres dégageant une odeur infecte et très sale, l'une des chambres est en réalité une pièce de l entrée sans climatisation au milieu de bureaux.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en Algarve ! La région est magnifique, entre plages, villages authentiques et paysages superbes. Le logement était parfaitement équipé, très confortable et idéalement situé pour profiter de tout. Quels séjours et quelle rencontre!!!! ☺️☺️ J’ai eu un petit souci de location de voiture à mon arrivée et Mario m’a aidé à trouver une solution. Il nous a montrer les restaurants et épiceries à proximité du domicile. Ils nous même accueilli avec un panier de bienvenu (j’ai adoré) C’est un couple super charmant, souriant et disponible. La maison est très fonctionnelle et la piscine vraiment TOP! NOUS REVIENDONS ☺️

Séjour très réussi.

Nous étions à la recherche d’un endroit calme, confortable, avec piscine pour passer nos vacances en famille mais à proximité des facilités et des plages. Mission accomplie. Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Pool!

Wir hatten einen tollen und sehr entspannten Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Mario und Maria. Die beiden waren sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und hatte tolle Terrassen. Man konnte somit immer draußen essen und das schöne Wetter genießen. Wir haben viel Zeit an dem großen und sehr schönen Pool verbracht. Es war ein ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern und wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Maria und Mario. Wir empfehlen euch zu 100% weiter. Super séjour chez Mario

Une maison très fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Équipement très complet. Climatisation un vrai plus. Le frigo avait été rempli des premières nécessité par Mario qui est très prévenant et plein de conseils. Mobilier ancien mais la maison est très pratique et la piscine incroyable.

Un séjour tout confort. Une maison propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Idéalement située (10 min de Faro ) et proche de l'autoroute qui peut vous amener d'un côté comme de l'autre de l'Algarve. Merci à Mario pour son accueil et sa petite intention avec le kit de démarrage. Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Vila Rose....a haven of relaxation.

We had a really wonderful holiday at this typically Portuguese property. Our hosts, Mario, Maria and their family were most welcoming and became friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was reassuring to know they were close by but never invaded our privacy. They had left a very nice “welcome pack” which provided all we needed while settling in so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately. The villa was of a high standard of cleanliness which reassured us particularly during this unprecedented time of the Covid19 Pandemic. The bedrooms are spacious and the lounge and indoor dining area were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was very useful to have the separate tap for drinking water. There are plenty of shaded areas to sit during the hottest part of the day and in the evenings we sat at the front of the property with our glasses of delicious Portuguese wine! The large pool area is fabulous. The water was warm and there are plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols. We have visited this area many times but overall Vila Rose is the perfect retreat to recharge and enjoy all the Algarve has to offer. Thank you Mario and Maria!

Heaven waiting

This is our first rental at villa rose and I have to say it is a little piece of heaven we were greeted by our hosts Mario and Maria and shown around and everything explained the welcome pack was out of this world they were on hand should you need but there was no need very clean,tidy and comfortable will certainly return next year

Holiday from Heaven, what a calming place to stay, and how clean too.

We have never done this type of holiday before, so we were a bit apprehensive. We were made so welcome, the owners came to greet us, as they live close by. We saw them mid week to make sure all was well for us, which we thought was nice, as if we did have an issue, we know it would of been sorted straight away. The place was very clean, and very well organized inside. Great air conditioning in all rooms, bath rooms were clean and had good showers. Bed's were very comfortable and clean, and the furniture in the living room was great too, and with a nice size TV with quite a few English speaking programs, mainly films. The villa is 5 minutes walk to a mini market which caters for most of your needs, and the village has some good eating places.too. It has 2 good area's to eat outside, with a fantastic Barbecue, which we used most nights, as it was that good. The swimming pool is just fantastic. It is so clean, but not clorinated, which we used everyday. Our grandson (7) said he wants to go back next year, as it was the best pool he had been in. There is 99.9% chance we will be re booking for next year. Absolute]y great pace to stay, peace and Tranquil was the order of the day, and thats what we got. Nice villa, friendly owners, fantastic pool

The owners, Mario and Maria, are very friendly and hospitable. Mario asked us if we wanted to be picked up from the airport or needed directions (we didn't, but it was a nice touch). Mario gave me a tour of Estoi when we arrived pointing out the local (small) supermarket and various restaurants. The owners had provided a lovely welcome pack with essentials like bread, milk, fruit and butter which meant we could get straight in the pool on arrival rather than going shopping. Mario and his wife live in a separate building on the grounds and this makes them available if you need them. We didn't see them except at the beginning and end of the stay except for a quick wave if they were around as we drove in and out of the grounds. The pool is a great size and deep, even in the shallow end ( ~1.4m). Smaller folk should be strong swimmers and a couple of years ago this would have been a problem for our youngest child. This is the first villa we've had where the pool is not immediately outside the villa but this turned out not to be a problem: it's just a short flip-flop walk. This might even be considered a nice safety feature if you did have younger kids since the gate to the pool can be locked if needed. There are other villas nearby but the whole property is well screened and not overlooked. We found the villa to be very nice. It is well designed for the heat. There's one nice table area outside that is cool in the mornings ideal for breakfast, and another area outside which is shaded the entire day and ideal for eating and reading. It was a very hot period when we stayed and the air conditioning was very useful. The villa also feels very secure with well fitted windows and doors, etc. The internet / WiFi connection was better than we have come to expect and we didn't have any problems with bandwidth. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return again in the future.

Villa Rose

This is a lovely villa in Estoi. We had a great time during our stay at the villa. The swimming pool was excellent and Mario and Marie (the owners of the villa) are very good to us. The air conditioning in all the rooms and lounge made the villa nice and cool. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa for any family holiday. Safe, Secure, Ideal for Families, Great Pool, Great Location

We arrived at Faro late and were met by Marion & Maria, this was an enormous help as they guided us to the Villa, on arrival we had a welcome pack which was a Great Help and Much Appreciated. The Villa was Spacious, Clean and everything needed was provided. The Pool was Enormous, Secure and Private a real treat. The location of the Villa just outside Estoi did necessitate a Car but was located within minutes of the main roads and only 15 minutes drive to Faro City. Mario provided details of the Best Family Beaches and while living on the same site, were very discreet and left us to ourselves. We found the Villa to be ideal for our Family, 5 year old boy and girls of 8 & 10. We highly recommend the Villa and further Highly Recommend Mario, an excellent host.

Accueil plus qu'excellent , impression familiale .

Très bon accueil par Mario , qui est venu nous chercher car nous ne trouvions pas la villa Rosa . Il nous a fait faire le tour du village , pour nous monter ou nous pourrions faire nos courses et les bons petits restos, nous recommandons vivement le : o belo sol , rapport qualité prix imbattable et personnel plus que gentil. À notre arrivée, il avait mis dans le frigo de quoi prendre notre petit déjeuner du lendemain , merci Mario pour cette délicate attention. La maison est au calme , la piscine , un régal . Nous avons malgré tout été un peu déçu par la troisième chambre , qui est encombrée de deux bureau , il n'y a pas de rangement pour les affaires et les 2 petits lits ne conviennent pas à des adultes , et il y fait très chaud . Nous étions 5 adultes , donc la cinquième personne ne fut pas très bien logée . Sinon tout est présent pour cuisiner , mais à notre avis la cuisine aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse couverte pour sa fraîcheur . Ces petits points négatifs n'ont en rien entachés nos vacances . Si vous aimez le calme , la maison est faite pour vous , une maison spacieuse et propre .

Excellente proprete

Nous venons de passer 15 jours dans la maison de Mario et Maria et c'était vraiment bien. Un super accueil. En arrivant, visite de la petite ville avec les restaurants ou l'on mange bien à un prix très intéressant. Maison spacieuse avec grand jardin et grande piscine. Nous étions au calme et proche du littoral ou en 15 jours nous avons fait une grande partie de l'Algarve. Nous conseillons cette location car bien située, excellente proprete, literie parfaite, il ne manquait rien, calme, gentillesse des propriétaires avec qui nous sommes allés dans un restaurant qu'ils connaissaient ou nous avons mange du poisson très frais et des spécialités portugaises. Nous les remercions et espérons bien revenir.

Lovely villa wonderful pool in a beautiful area

We had a lovely stay the owners of the villa were so helpful and the villa had everything we needed . The area is beautiful and we found some amazing local restaurants which were such value for money and provided really good food !! Will return some time with out a doubt.

je conseille aux futurs locataires d'y aller en toute quiétude une villa superbement propre avec tout ce qu'il faut (vaisselles,linges,tv,dvd,internet,congélateur frigo lave vaisselle,lave linge,barbecue,)tout est nickel,une piscine olympique une tranquilité des propriétaires très serviables ,n'hésiter pas a leur demander conseils ils sont heureux d'être a votre écoute ,a votre arrivée le frigo plein de petites attentions lait ,sangria,fruits,pain ect..tout pour passer un séjour agréable .enfin ils vous conseillerons sur les choses à voir et à faire,à la fin du séjour nous avons fait un repas ils nous ont apporter les spécialités du Portugal des palourdes de mer façon Maria,délicieux et du vin très léger un peu pétillant(vin vert) très agréable en bouche et un gateau aux trois saveurs figues amandes caroubes très bon mais attention à la ligne très sucrés mais très bon vraiment je remercie Mario et Maria et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner à l'occasion je leur souhaite pleins de bonnes choses à bientôt

Séjour super agréable à Estoi.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mario et Maria dans leur villa à Estoi. Nous avons été surpris par leur accueil très familial. Mario est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous a donné tout les renseignements nécessaires pour une bonne prise en main de notre séjour (commerces de proximités, petite visite d'Estoi et conseils pour nous rendre à Faro ou à Olhao). Nous avons profité au maximum de la grande piscine et de l'endroit paisible très bien situé à 10 mn des plages et des villes principales. Nous pensons y retourner prochainement. Cette maison de plein pied est super pratique et nous avons apprécié le hall pour manger confortablement avec un petit vent très utile lorsque qu'il fait très chaud. Au top !
