Stunning 3 bedroom en-suite house in farm with pool

Very modern 3 bedroom house with pool. All rooms are with big private shower rooms.
The views from the house are spectacular. This house is fully equipped and with air-conditioning. Big terrace with a big table, overlooking a lake. The grounds include a variety of flowers, fruit trees and plants, as well as two lakes where wild ducks feel at home surrounded by plenty of other local birds living happily in a 3.4 hectares of land with mountain and far distance views of the sea and the city of Faro.

We are always very happy to receive people who have an interest in nature and we are constantly adding more garden plants, fruit trees and ornamental trees to make our clients feel more enjoyment out of their holidays. The reviews of our clients give us more strength to carry on giving back to nature and improve all our living.

Everything. The home was very nice with 3 comfortable bedrooms with each own bathroom. But the private park was the most impressive. The host very kind and helpful. We would love to come back

We enjoyed all the amenities of the home. Swam in the pool end of day, ate BBQ’s on the deck and enjoyed watching the geese and ducks in the morning and evening. Beautiful property, tranquil and well maintained. We even collected some fresh eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and Patricia was always very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions or issues.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Patricia's communication is excellent and very welcoming, and the property itself is outstanding; it has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The wildlife is fabulous to watch, there are views down to Faro and the sea, and you can be in the village (Estoi) in a few minutes. Faro, Olhao and Tavira are all worth visiting and only a short drive away, then its back to the quiet in Bemposta.This was our 2nd visit and we will return again.

Amazing

We've been here several times and it's always the best! The peace and quiet, the beautiful environment, the breathtaking view, the pool with the animals and all the luxury of the beautiful, cozy house make it a perfect holiday. The owners are very friendly people, very hospitable and always available, everything is always completely in order. We fell in love with this place and will definitely return!

Great place to get away from it all

Fantastic Villa super comfy beds and the most wonderful surroundings. The ducks and geese kept us entertained and all the other wildlife that visits the pond made this a truly magical holiday. Patricia is a fantastic host and we will all be back again.see you soon Will Lin and Kay

perfect stay

The property is located in beautiful countryside, close to Estoi and the motorway. The airport is 15 only minutes away, which is great if you have an early flight. The property is perfectly equipped, we felt like we were at home. The host, Patricia, was always available and took care of us. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place, this is the best choice!

Gorgeous property and location, great for a family stay

The property is off the beaten track, nestled into the hills giving an amazing view of Faro in the distance.You are very close to nature (if you are a very light sleeper you may want ear plugs as the geese get up early!), and can enjoy the tranquil settings of the property.We are a family and there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy time together, as well as on their own relaxing.Very clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need, with an amazingly attentive host!

Beautiful, Relaxing & Great place to stay.

Very pleased with property, had everything you need & more. Clean & comfortable. The views from the veranda were beautiful from seeing the ducks waddle round the pond, and Faro lit up at night couldn't really ask for more. Our thanks to Eduardo & Clara for sharing their lovely property and who were perfect hosts.

Faro farm stay

The location is a short 20 min drive from the airport on an amazing piece of property. Secluded in the hills overlooking Faro. Very comfortable home with everything you need for a short or long stay. Private pool and deck. Pond to enjoy your morning coffee. Hosts are easy going and able to be contacted quickly if you need them. 5 out of 5 for sure.

Fabulous

When you do something with Love and Care, specially with Nature, you obtain fantastic results as the surrounding is enjoyed, not just by the Proprietors, but as well, by our visitors, who we share, what we do day by day. A wonderful week in the sun

We have spent a wonderful week in the sun with our whole family. The place is lovely, surprisingly large and has a Pleasant view over the lake and the landscape. Every bedroom, living room and the kitchen were great. The terrace and the pool are unbeatable. We‘re definetly coming back!

Amazing property in a beautiful location

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday. The property is lovely, clean and has everything you could need. The grounds are just stunning, both the adults and children loved the ducks, the beautiful plants and all the wonderful wildlife we saw. Being able to collect eggs and oranges for breakfast was the highlight of my daughter’s day. The views are spectacular and the location is convenient if you hire a car. Thank you to Patricia and family who is lovely, helpful and welcoming ❤️

Peaceful and relaxing

We have stayed at Bemposta five times now. We have booked two further months in September 2019 and March 2020. The property and grounds are immaculate and we always look forward to our next visit. We have become friends with Eduardo and Clara. This property is in the countryside but not remote. John, Heather and Carol, York.

Breathtaking surroundings

This holiday was the most relaxing one we ever had! The area around the house is huge and very very beautiful, the lakes, the animals, the plants - everything was built with love and your part of it as soon as you there 😍 Never seen such piece of heaven before. In addition It was an honor to met Eduardo and Clara which support every time and share all there experiences and knowledge about the algarve. We'll definitely come back! Thanks so much !!

Exceptional Relaxing Holiday

Had a wonderful time in this lovely place, the property is fantastic with all home comforts and stunning views! We don't usually spend much time in our vacation rentals but this place was different, we loved spending time here and it was such a great place to come back to after a day out. The highlight for us was the duck pond (it’s huge actually), just sitting on the porch in the evening watching the crazy antics of the ducks and swans was brilliant. Our daughter loved feeding the birds and wandering around the orchards. It's great inside too with everything you need and lovely bathrooms (very important!) Eduardo was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Probably the most relaxing holiday we've been on for a long time - loved it!!

Idyllic countryside location with wonderful hosts

Well, I told our host that I wasn't going to review our visit, because everything was so idyllic that we wanted to keep it to ourselves! But he kindly left a review for me, so I feel that the least I can do is reciprocate. So all I'm going to say is this: wonderful, wonderful, wonderful holiday with swans, ducks and the most accommodating hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We'll definitely be back. Outstanding property and welcome

Beautiful and stylish house, built, two year above a small lake with swans, ducks, koi and small fish that seemed to have totally eliminated any Mosquitos. The rooms and beds were large, the living and kitchen space were exceptionally well appointed and our hosts, who had impeccable English, were very keen that we enjoyed our stay. Entry is through electric gates, (good fun,) and we were encouraged to pick whatever fruit we wanted from the large and beautiful garden. High spots were the figs and the sight of a kingfisher. We would recommend the house unreservedly, the experience was actually breathtaking. Eduardo and Clara's guidance on restaurants and wildlife were valuable. The picture on the website does not do justice to the sheer style and elegance of the place.

When our clients are happy, we are extremely satisfied and it makes us do more and more on behalf of this Bemposta Property, which is our dream come true. Although, difficult to pass the message of the way life is, in this farm and all you can live, in this ambiance, we are very happy that some of our clients write about it and let others take the descriptions as an invitation, "come and see" opportunity.

Beautiful hideaway not far from interesting places to visit

The setting of this house is stunning. Careful thought has gone into the landscaping of the grounds. The children liked feeding the swans, chickens and sheep. The pool was perfect for cooling off in and the pool area had plenty of sun beds, shade and an outside shower. We lived outside. The comfy outdoor settees and chairs on the patio were well placed to enjoy the view looking out over to Faro. The outdoor dining table and barbecue worked well being so close to the kitchen. We were really impressed with how quiet the air conditioning was. It was very hot at night (28c)when we were at the house and needed the air conditioning to be able to sleep. The quality of the air conditioning meant we didn’t notice it being on. We went to Faro beach which took us about 15 mins to drive. It was busy but a good beach. We went island hopping around the Rio Formosa, swimming, eating freshly caught fish, bird watching. The best day was the Dolphin watching. Highly recommended. We also went to the amazing local Roman ruins of a country house and spent an evening in Tavira. We ate out in Olhao a lot because we had holidayed there in the past and had lots of favourite restaurants. It took us 20mins on quiet roads to drive down to Olhao. Eduardo and Clara are very good hosts.

We wish to help and give some of what we have to clients and make them feel, the appreciation we have of what nature gives us. So if we give back to nature what nature provides us we feel compensated.

Peaceful, beautiful villa in wildlife area.

Villa is beautiful. Exceptionally clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Long distance views out to Faro and the sea beyond. Located on a pond with lovely bird wildlife. Lots of ducklings but also predatory storks in vacinity, which caused quite a bit of stress for my daughter as she was forever watching out for them so they didn't get the baby birds! Alas around 26 out of 27 ducklings disappeared within 3 days! Fresh eggs from the friendly chickens on site and fresh fruit straight from the trees. Gardener is on the land every day but doesn't bother you. Location is handy for motorway that takes you to all resorts along the Algarve. We prefered Vilamoura, with its lovely marina and Praia de Rocha for its beautiful beach. We found Albufeira had the vibes of too much like Brits abroad, which isn't the kind of holiday we look for. Host, Patricia, communicates swiftly when and if you need her. Cleaners came in once to change bed linen and towels and the place was spotless when they left. Pool towels are provided also so no need to pack any. Only thing I would suggest is it would be handy if a basic food hamper was provided upon arrival, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and bread, especially for those guests who arrive late. All in all, a lovely place to have a relaxing break.

Simply Outstanding

We were hoping for a relaxing stay in a comfortable property but this place completely surpassed our expectations. We got lost en route from the airport (our mistake) and Patricia couldnt have been more helpful in directing us to the property. On arrival we were delighted with the setting, the views, the wildlife and the property is exceptionally comfortable and well equipped. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and was great for us (4 adults) to cool off - it got extremely hot in early July (mid 30's). The pictures also dont do justice to the surroundings; its very private and the views down to the sea are fabulous. We especially loved the geese, the ducks, the swallows, the bats, and even spotted a turtle in the little lake. We had a few issues with the english tv and Nina spent a lot of time patiently sorting it out for us - much appreciated for us to watch the Euros and the election results. We also had some help from Leonel on site and he gave us an excellent recommendation to have a puncture repaired (some of the roads are a little less than smooth!). We ate out a lot and were surprised at what great value the restaurants were - a special mention must be made of Cafe Vitor in Estoi - there's no menu (meat or fish!) but everything is fabulous with bread, salad, fries, wine, soft drinks, dessert, coffee at 12€ pp. We have rarely returned to places, but this will definitely be an exception. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we're already looking to rebook.
