This newly renovated first-floor condo offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and beachside warmth. Indulge in the cozy embrace of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, featuring a King, Queen, and twin bunk bed. The third bedroom, a sleep den with a bunk bed, adds a touch of versatility. The private Master Bedroom suite is a retreat within a retreat, complete with a spacious bath boasting a garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks.

As you step into the living room, dining area, and kitchen with breakfast bar, you'll notice the thoughtful upgrades – tiled floors on the diagonal, granite kitchen counter, plantation shutters, an electric fireplace, water softener, crown molding, and charming details like bead board and mirrored ceilings in the hallway.

New 43” SMART TV with cable in living room, plus we provide access provided Hulu, Disney +, Peacock and Paramount.  You can accessNetflix, Prime Video, Apple TV using your own credentials. 

New sofa in living room (updated April 2026)

TVs with full cable tv stations both the master and guest bedroom. 

New CLUBHOUSE furniture and board games, foosball.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Your SAFETY and security is a priority at Ocean Club.  Dedicated resort security is provided.   

Stocked kitchen, family games in living room. 

Portable crib is provided.  

Pool view and OCEAN WATER VIEW.  Not able to see sand on beach from the condo, but you can see and hear the flowing ocean waves from the condo deck.

FITNESS ROOM: basic weights,  2 tread mills, 1 stationary bike.  

STAIRS: There are ~30 steep stairs with handrails to access the beach

No security deposit is required.

HOUSE - things to know

No EVENTS, parties or large gatherings in excess of the max guests paid for in the reservation;

MAX occupancy - Max 8 ppl. Bed linens and towels provided for 6 people. 

NO PETS.  Sorry. It’s the HOA rules.

Guest agrees to follow the Ocean Club RESORT and PARKING RULES monitored by on-site security;  Two (2) vehicle parking permits provided in the condo for placement in your automobile.

CHECK-IN is anytime after 4PM; Checkout is 10 AM.

NO SMOKING in condo unit or on attached deck.

Guest to report any damages or issues upon check-in.
