Beautiful ground floor unit with Ocean View from lanai, close to the pool & easy access to BBQ. New wooden flooring.The unit sleeps 2 people. Unit 172ā€™s living room area, offers comfortable couch and 2 sitting chairs, also a large flat screen TV. Up to date kitchen and bath, spacious cabinets and a walk-in tile shower. Bedroom has king bed, Hawaiian rattan furniture and flat screen TV. Snorkel gear, beach toys, beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, coolers is located in the lanai storage. This is a Maui Vacation Condo you will come back to year after year.

Nice clean place with all-in kitchen plus great extras (snorkel, boogey boards, beach chairs ā€¦etc). Loved the location and being on the ground floor (right next to grass & pool).

The unit is well equipped with kitchen utensils and clean. Proximity to lower level pool was a plus.

Terrific place on Maui

This condo has an excellent location in Kihei. It is one block from the Kihei boat ramp which is where many scuba and snorkeling operations leave. There is a beach across the road and there are a series of excellent snorkeling locations just to the south. The unit is very well equipped for preparing meals and it has a closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and other water accessories. We really enjoyed our stay.

Honeymoon in Maui

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the comfort of this cute little condo. It was clean and well kept. The bed was so comfortable, I havenā€™t had good sleep like that in a long time! Mahalo for a wonderful little place to spend our vacation!

This particular unit is cheaply equipped, particularly in the kitchen - seems like the budget was the only concern when it's,s for the home were purchased. It is a bit tired, and needs a good deep cleaning.
