Casa Kanani is a modern and comfortable home just steps from the Caribbean Sea, located in a convenient area near Puerto Viejo. It’s an ideal base for couples, families, or small groups looking for comfort and easy access to the beach.

The house features a private pool, terrace with hammock and lounge chairs, garden, private parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

Please note:

Located in a residential neighborhood; quiet hours are from 8 PM to 9 AM. Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Pets are allowed upon request (maximum: one medium or two small pets).
A car or bicycle is recommended to move around the area.
An ID is required to issue the electronic invoice, in accordance with Costa Rican regulations.

To ensure a harmonious and respectful stay at Casa Kanani, we ask that you read and comply with the following rules:

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

During the day, noise levels must be kept below 60 decibels, in accordance with Costa Rican environmental legislation.
This is a shared property located in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for special respect for the neighbors and other nearby houses.
Prohibition of Parties and Events:

Parties are strictly prohibited, without exception.

Gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests and activities that cause disturbances are not permitted.

Additional Services:

Any extra services requested (such as transportation, additional cleaning, a chef, etc.) must be paid for in advance at the time of request.
Without prior payment, the service will not be considered confirmed.

All additional services must be paid in full before departure.
