The interiors are outfitted with SMART LCD TVs, high-speed internet access, and spa-quality toiletries, ensuring a stay that blends relaxation with modern convenience.
Guests of this property enjoy exclusive access to Maravilla's private gated beach, only a 150-yard walk away. The community also offers numerous recreational facilities, including two swimming pools (one is heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with fitness center, and a basketball goal. Complimentary daily beach service is available from March through October in 2025, including two chairs and one umbrella, allowing guests to lounge comfortably by the calm waves. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
