At approximately 1,050 square feet, this is one of the largest 1-bedroom condos in Panama City Beach. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with a king bedroom, hallway bunk beds, and a sofa sleeper - ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for an easy, no-stress stay where you can unpack, unwind, and enjoy the coast.

I own a huge 3 bed 3 bath unit# 1702 for up to 10 guests that is right next door and this 1 bedroom 2 bath unit# 1703 that is for up to 6 guests. I have hosted groups of up to 17 that booked both units.

I pay close attention to details, value clear and fast communication, and I’m always available if you have questions or need anything during your stay. This part of Panama City Beach is known for being cleaner, quieter, and a little less crowded than other areas and know to be more tranquil, which makes it ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking to truly unwind.
Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the beach and offers stunning Gulf views, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions-without the constant noise and congestion found in busier sections of the beach. I especially enjoy how peaceful it feels in the mornings and evenings, and how easy it is to enjoy the beach without feeling overwhelmed. YET, everything, from restaurants and bars are a short walk or quick drive away. For example, its about a minute walk or 4 minute drive to Pier Park.
It’s a great area for morning walks along the shore, watching sunsets from the balcony, and relaxing in a setting that feels both safe and well cared for. For me, it’s the perfect place to enjoy Panama City Beach at its best.
