A truly comfortable and cozy unit with spectacular views. One Bedroom with one Bathroom . Bunk Beds located comfortably near the entrance and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is Located on the 15th floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a full range of cookware necessary to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table and breakfast bar make mealtime convenient with seating for the entire family . Amenities include two outside pools, one indoor heated pool, two outside and two indoor jacuzzis , fitness center, restaurant, coffee shop , tiki bar, convention center plus a movie theater . Tidewater is a Gulf-front condominium resort that’s located within walking distance of Pier Park!
NOTE: This property charges resort fees payable to the resort's front desk upon arrival or you can register at their website www.tidewaterhoa.com . The $39.59 fee covers two parking passes and six guest wristbands.

** You must be at least 25 years old to book this property per Tidewater HOA rule. Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.

As stated in the title, this was a very cozy condo unit, well up, so the views esp in the morning with your coffee are simply amazing of the Gulf of America. It is well kept and provides for rainy day or beachside fun. The kitchen was very efficient with provided cooking gear, but bring your own spices or call for takeout, as there are plenty of options in the area. The beaches were clean and the amenities of the association were plentiful to include pools(indoors and out) heated and non along with hot spas, theatres and game rooms along with on site restaurants and exercise room with ample equipment. All of that to say, this will definitely be a repeat visit for us.

Great. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and very well stocked. Plenty of fresh towels, toilet paper, dishes and instructions about closest elevators, parking, departure time, and beach rules. We have already booked another stay!

Nice PCB condo, would stay here again

Condo was as described and shown in pictures. Corner unit makes it a little segregated from the other units and its very close to an elevator, but not so close that you hear any noise from it. The owner is very responsive if you have questions. The condo complex itself is okay, I see complaints about elevator slowness, but I never experienced any wait times that were unreasonable. The distance to the parking lot can be a drag if you have a lot of luggage, but that is normal with any large condo complex.

We loved this corner unit, it was so cute. Beautiful views of pier park. Elevators were ok, unless you got on during peek hours. Everyone at this location was very nice and helpful. Facilities were always clean and neat.

Great location and clean

Great location, clean property, very nice condo. We stayed 5 nights, got early check in last minute after arriving early. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. The only down fall to this place is the elevator wait. Other then that it was a wonderful stay, but try to get ground floor if you don’t want to wait for elevators.

Great stay and beautiful views.

Our stay was great. The condo is well stocked with most kitchen needs, toiletries, laundry detergent, and towels. The bed was comfortable. The condo has the most beautiful views. It is a corner unit which was great because we didn't get a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator was right around the corner. The only cons are there is a lot of construction going on and can get noisy sometimes and the tub was slow to drain. Also be prepared to pay an additional registration fee with the complex. Nothing major. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall an ok stay

Although our stay was ok, there were a few things that should be addressed, such as the mattress being well worn, washer/dryer did not work properly, A/C was set to 76 upon arrival, ring doorbell camera made us feel as if we were being watched and it was evident that we were due to the questioning of how many people were staying in my room, which was myself and my cousin for a “girls trip.” We had several other family members also staying on the property, which meant from time to time someone would pop in. It was clear the camera was being monitored based off that question. You cannot adjust the A/C unit to a comfortable level unless you contact the property owner. It was also not communicated whatsoever nor was it posted anywhere on the prophet alcohol is not permitted on the beach during the month of March. Communication could be better in order to avoid costly fines or criminal charges.

yearly beach getaway

first time staying at Tidewater. The Condo was very nice, bed were very comfortable, great views, good cable for those rainy days. elevators were slow and didnt care for parking.

We loved the condo and the amenities the resort has. The only issue was the elevators. The wait time was out of control. Not everyone can go up and down several flights of stairs.

Mother and daughter trip

The actual condo itself was lovely. As described and cozy. Things about the condo to consider. The bunk beds are right by the door. The lock on the door would unlock on its own. Constantly having to check it. Through out the night the girls would get so scared. The check in was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered. Complete chaos, people waiting in line for the elevator’s mind you there’s 8. Took me three hours to check in my room. That was waiting for a cart for luggage, then the elevators to go up to the condo. This means if you have small children they are waiting outside in the heat. You unload in the parking garage. Absolutely the most inefficient means I’ve ever encountered. There’s 30 floors. So you can imagine what a 4 pm check in looks like. Just as terrible trying to check out. I loaded the car the day before. Simply because it was a mess with new people arriving. The elevator’s are a HUGE problem. All week, waiting and waiting to go up or down. The pools and beach are crowded. So unless you’re willing to get up by 7 and go sit in a chair or the beach. Forget about it. Until late afternoon. The staff know how inefficient these things are they tried to be positive and polite. But, honestly by the end of the week. As a customer, you’re just done. Every conversation I had outside of my group was the same. “I will never come back here. “ I love the beach, I love the heat and I love people. This was to crowed and not a working operation.
