It is ready to welcome up to 20 guests in its 10 bedrooms.Located between Val di Chiana and the Val d’Orcia Villa Sarteano is the perfect location to explore Montepulciano, Chiusi, Pienza, Montalcino, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni and many other places of timeless charm. Sarteano, with its old medieval town walls, is just ten minutes away.The respect of Tuscan traditional materials like stone, wood, and terracotta combined with modern design offers guests all they need for a perfect stay. The adjoining annex features a fitness area with a gym and a wellness room, equipped with sauna and Turkish bath.

The bedrooms are spacious with large windows and private bathrooms. The green space outside (25 acres/10ha) features a panoramic swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling green.To maintain the taste of authentic tradition Villa Sarteano is committed to organic farming: excellent extra-virgin olive oil, wine, along with other products like vinsanto (sweet white dessert wine), organic preserves and jams can be tasted in the fabulous multi-function room next to the house. Cook service, cooking classes or additional domestic staff are available upon request.

COTTAGES the two cottages sleeps 2 people each and open towards a patio. Please note that these two accommodations although very comfortable are simpler and not of the same standard as the other bedrooms and bathrooms located in the main villa. To ensure full privacy the Cottages can be rented only together with the villa.

A few steps away is a bowling green.
Shaded parking area is about 100 meters from the house plus a large parking area in front of the house.
