The house was renovated with luxurious details.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a suite with a private bathroom, and on the second floor, there is a double room with a bathroom.
In the basement, there is a sauna and a shower.

The space
The house was renovated with luxurious details.
You can light the fireplace to warm up your evenings, enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi upon returning from your excursions, or even find a moment to relax in the sauna with your friends or family

Nearby are the famous spas of Chianciano, the charming and romantic town of Pienza, the surreal little town of Bagni Vignone with its thermal pools, Monticchiello, where you step back in time, and then Siena, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Cortona, and Arezzo—not to mention Florence... and all of beautiful Tuscany surrounding you!

The first-floor suite features a private bathroom, and the second double room has its own bathroom.
There’s even more space on the attic floor, with two additional beds and a small bathroom.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the basement, there’s a cellar area with showers and a sauna.
